Spent $8800 for a new engine, new starter, new gaskets, less than a week later my car is stuck on the side of the road not starting, with the same problem i had when i brought it in. Not to mention the customer service was just disrespectful. These people are a nightmare

Came in to fix an inner door panel where the clips had broken off and my heater. Thought I would drop the car off and pick up in a few days. They gave me a call within two hours and it was done. I was shocked at how fast it was, and they did a great job.

Worst experience ever! Was dealing with Brian Kelly and was told we were first in line to check out a new 2024 Traverse they were getting in. Car came in, we made an appointment, and then received a call the day before our appointment starting that they sold it underneath us!! They lost our business. Will never deal with them again! Poor, poor service!

I recently was shopping for a new vehicle & Tia helped me find exactly what I wanted. She was very friendly & pleasant to spend time with while looking for the right vehicle. All who were involved in helping me purchase the vehicle including Ian & Roger were very nice. I am very happy with the vehicle I am now the owner of - It’s Perfect?. This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from Fox & probably won’t be the last.

They were great! They fit me in right away for my oil change and tire rotation. They said it would be 45 minutes, it was closer to a half hour. There was no upselling, which I greatly appreciate. I would definitely use them again and would recommend Fox Chevrolet to family members!
