We were very happy with the service from Barron’s. The only problem was that it took a little longer than expected. I know that can’t be helped when other problems arise and you have to wait for parts to come in, especially with foreign cars. We would definitely recommend Barron’s to anyone who needs car repairs. Very nice employees! ?

My first experience with Barron's was excellent. The 2nd experience was horrible. I was first quoted around $80 for an ignition switch (that they never even checked), then I was quoted $180 for something else to do with the ignition. After 2 days there, a mechanic took a look at my steering column for maybe 20 minutes, then told me I would need to replace the whole steering column and quoted me $2760, with the part alone costing $2298. After I left, I had my mechanic in Florida look up the steering column part and he found the same exact part for $200. I called them last Thursday to ask if I could buy my own part and they said yes, but the price of labor would be higher (which is normal procedure). It's now been 6 days with repeated calls to them, and still nothing. How hard is it for them to change the labor amount on an estimate? There is no excuse in my opinion. Also, while I was there on day 1, the manager (who's garbage can was toppling over with food and soda cans) lied to me and told me someone was working on my quote and they were not. Maybe they just take advantage of women, but I still wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Barrons is a very professional service center. I was especially pleased to learn that they service foreign cars. I no longer need to drive my mini cooper to Appleton.

We had a wonderful experience at Barron's. We were travelling through the area, stopping in Marquette for one day. We noticed a leak from the exhaust system of our pickup truck. With visions of head gaskets and catalytic converter problems we pulled into Barron's, the closest repair shop. Mike helped us immediately. He inspected our truck, determined the leak was condensation from the exhaust system. He explained there are weep holes in the muffler and the catalytic converter. If the truck is driven a short distance, there isn't time for the water to evaporate. The weep holes provide a pathway out so the muffler / catalytic converter don't rust on the inside. This was good news for us and we learned something. There was no charge for the service.
Also, while waiting, a person in the waiting asked how we had found Barron's. On google, it Emma's the closest place. She said we had come to a really good place.

Great first experience at Barron's. Pleasant folks, great free estimate process and VERY fast turnaround, considering the work I had done. I don't trust many folks with my vehicles, but they are now my go-to here in Marquette. Thanks Kyle and Sandy!!

First-rate for foreign auto repair. Schedule-keeping was a little loose on the day I was there so we'll see if it's better next time. Overall, a pleasant shop to deal with and one of your only choices in this area anyway.
