“A huge shout out for Blake. I hit a deer only a few miles from Crossroads Truck Repair. Broke my grill and knew I was leaking "something". I'm from Oscoda, Mi and a friend and I were traveling, headed for Baraga State Park. I stopped in and asked if someone would take a look at my truck. Blake immediately was willing to help. It was the air conditioner that was damaged, thankfully not the radiator. He removed all the broken pieces, made sure the radiator was good to go & got us on our way. I am beyond appreciative and thankful that there are still guys like Blake that work at places like Crossroads Truck Repair.”

“Truly quick, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly full service oil change. Multiple points inspected including lights, signals, all fluids, tire air pressure, and battery.
Mason was patient, kind and explained the process. He even walked me through the maintenance service reset!
He shared the dealer had tightened the gasket beyond recommended torque and advised I clarify that upon my next oil change when I arrive home.

“I’m going to be brutally honest here and say that nearly a decade ago I had such a negative experience car shopping at Riverside that it turned me away from car dealers all together. Since then I have only purchased cars online to avoid dealing with pushy, manipulative salespeople.
If you know me personally, you know that I do my research and when I make up my mind there is no changing it. I fully intended to purchase a vehicle online and wanted to test drive it first so I stopped by Riverside. Thankfully Nick S. joined me on my test drive and he quickly earned my trust and respect. He was honest, he was kind, he was patient, and best of all he was not pushy. It was also abundantly clear how much he genuinely loved the brand he was selling me and believes in the quality of the vehicles he sells.
To my surprise the price on the car I was planning to purchase was lower than the website I was going to purchase from. The price was extremely fair and I didn’t have to do any price negotiating like I was dreading I would have to do to get a fair price. I kept holding my breath waiting for hidden fees or issues to pop up, however things only continued to go smoothly and positively. I put in a lot of time researching and shopping for the best financing options and when Nick offered to have Cullen help me with financing, I again was a bit skeptical. I was completely blown away when Cullen was able to quickly secure me a lower interest rate than anything I had been able to find on my own. Just like Nick, Cullen was also wonderful to work with. He too was patient, happy to answer all of my questions, very honest, made suggestions and offers without being pushy, and in the end I walked away a very happy customer.
I didn’t have to negotiate anything because the price was better than what I was planning to pay. There were no hidden fees or unexpected problems. Everyone was genuine, honest, and respectful. I never once felt as though I was being talked into anything and in the end they earned me as a customer because of it.
Don’t let the bad apples from long ago keep you from working with this wonderful team at Riverside. This was the most positive and smooth car buying experience I have ever had. I sincerely cannot recommend Nick and Cullen enough!”

“I drove 320 miles from Mid Michigan for a conference in Marquette. Once I arrived in town, I heard a rattling noise in the rear of my 2021 Blazer. I pulled into Midas and Tom was able to fit me in to ensure my vehicle was road worthy. Once they lifted my car for inspection, it was determined that I had a broken rear sway bar link. Tom was able to locate the one and only part available in town, and get it fixed within the hour. Great pricing and excellent service provided. Highly recommended! Needless to say, I was extremely impressed!”
“Very reasonable on their service charge, and all staff there were very courteous and respectful. Would highly recommend them. We were bringing our grandson to NMU to attend college. On the first day in Marquette our grandson's car started stalling and running very bad. We took his car to them and asked them for help. Staff and mechanic, Dustin, went above and beyond the service and concern we expected to get. We were from out of town and they could easily have taken advantage of our situation, but they didn't. They had his car running properly the next morning, with a very reasonable repair bill. I gladly took some of their business cards and shared them with other students at NMU and some parents. My grandson will be calling them in the future for any repair needs. Again, thank you to all the staff for how we were treated. Top notch!”
