We were in quite a pickle needing a car quickly and Priced Right has always been the way to go. Their staff is always friendly knowledgeable and always finds the right car to fit our family. Both Michaels at Priced right Auto did a great job getting us set up. We are now proud new owners of a Subaru Forester 2015 :)

We just bought a Honda odyssey from here, the team was very nice and made us feel comfortable with the whole process without any pressure to buy, which is great when going to a dealership. Reason for 3 stars is they really did not put much effort into detailing the inside and outside of the car, which is disappointing when spending a lot of money on a new (new to us) vehicle. You hope to drive away in a spotless car from a dealership. Our experience overall though was great.

My wife and I are upgrading her from a 2016 CX-5 to a 2015 Yukon Denali due to a growing family. Michael has been awesome to work with, he is very friendly and knowledgeable and we can’t say enough how great the experience has been purchasing from him! We would definitely recommend buying a vehicle from Priced Right in Marne!

Pat is a great car salesman and seems to be a good guy. He will not pressure you into anything and he will try to make it right if there is something that you think needs fixed on the vehicle that you might purchase. I am very happy with my purchase!!

Patrick was the salesmen I delta with, he was very informative and professional, easy to work with and answerd any questions I had in a timely manner. My vehicle came with a 3 month 3,000 mile warranty for free. I had my own financing through Bloom Credit Union, which was simple and easy as well.

Patrick is extremely good at his job!! Never any pressure to buy a vehicle for one. Just showed us a few cars we were interested in. We ended liking one and ended up purchasing it. Plus it was the least amount of time we’ve ever sat in a dealership to get a vehicle.

Price Right Auto in Marne lives up to No sales pressure! They let the quality of their cars speaks for themselves. Pat answered all our questions and concerns! The service department is second to none!What I really loved is they go through the cars with a fine tooth comb! Anything they find wrong when the car comes to them is fixed! When my self or any of my family need a vehicle, it will be with price right Auto! Thank you Pat, for being there for us, we always felt at ease and we feel we made a friend along the way! We couldn’t be happier with our Yukon XL!!!

Sales staff were very friendly but on the drive home with the van we paid $2k over blue book and underwent their inspection had the check engine light and traction control light come on. Went in on a Saturday to look at a truck. Upon arrival we drove around the lot and noticed the truck cab was too small for my family so we decided to look at a Suburban instead.Pat gave us the key for a test drive and decided to purchase the vehicle. One thing I noticed on the Suburban is it still had the tow package on it. Most used car dealerships cut them off because customers might be more reluctant to buy the vehicle due to the added wear from towing. This showed integrity.The process took longer than my other experiences with buying vehicles. But, when we went on Friday to finalize the deal, the lot contained half the cars from a week ago. This just shows how busy they were and wouldn't be that busy unless they were a good dealership.Our goal was to get a truck or a bigger SUV for camping trips and a vehicle that can handle Michigan winters better. Also, to be able to tow a small camper. I feel like our goals were met and will be happy "campers" in the future.Update: check engine light came on shortly after purchase. They brought it in a few weeks later and replaced everything that was wrong with it before purchase and an oil pressure sensor. The check engine light was off for a few weeks then came back on and is leaving small puddles when parked. Said it will be covered if it is something they messed up (we are human, it happens, no biggie). But, otherwise they won't. Luckily I bought the warranty and hopefully they will cover it (still will have to pay the deductible). I understand I bought a used car, but I am a little upset that stuff keeps going wrong within three months of the purchase. Not dropping to one star because Pat did an excellent job.

Would highly recommend checking this place out if you're looking to buy or just have some service done. The decor evokes a bygone era with old antique toy cars and signage and so does the way they do business. Not sure what other issues people had in these reviews but I've dealt with car places for decades and this has been the best experience I've ever had. We paid under 7k sticker on an older van. We didn't make anyone's month or probably even week when we walked out the door with a car. The old van we got started to have some malfunctioning of a door from an electrical panel getting wet about a week after we took it home. They fixed it at no charge to us and it wasn't because we complained or threw a tantrum. They wanted us to be happy with the purchase even though it wasn't a big sale.We will absolutely go back there for service and look there any time we look to purchase because of our experience. Side note: the waiting room is stocked with kids play table and loads of things to keep the kids busy.
