Overall one of my best experiences for getting a car serviced. Prices were better than I expected and the guys were all super friendly and upfront about what I would need done and how much it would cost, unlike other shops I have been to that hit you with surprise fees. I would absolutely bring another car here

Great family owned and operated facility, that can be trusted with accurate diagnosis and good pricing for services. Dan (owner) is friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I will continue to bring my vehicles here for service and repair.

Stay FAR away from Neeleys Restoration. I brought my 1999 Jeep Cherokee here for 4.10 gears in both axles and they messed up something in the rear end and can't figure out what they did or just aren't willing to properly diagnose (vibrations and grinding from the rear axle). They also removed a piece from my tie rod end which is causing steering issues now and proceeded to lie to me saying they didn't touch any of my steering components (tie rod removal is required to replace the carrier properly). I brought it back to them on 3 separate occasions. The first time they only sat in the passenger seat while I drove it pointing out the issues then instead of properly diagnosing they tell me to throw random parts at it. After speaking with another mechanic the parts they claim are bad are perfectly fine. I brought it back again and they checked their work and sent me videos but used incorrect backlash specs (I had to provide them with the correct specs) and they checked the pinion incorrectly with the carrier and tires still installed on the vehicle. They still did not fix any issue other than correcting the backlash which did nothing noticeable. After that I waited until it was time for the 500 mile inspection and when the time came they were avoiding all of my attempts to contact them for a week straight. They finally did the inspection yesterday and left a bolt loose on the front diff cover. I told them the issues are still present and stressed to them that everyone I talked to is saying the issue is pinion related and pointed out exactly what they did wrong in the video but they still aren't willing to properly diagnose and said there's nothing they can do. So now I'm out over $2,000 and my vehicle is in worse condition than before I brought it to them.Update: I took my Jeep to 4byfours in Nunica for proper diagnosis and they found that the gear pattern and backlash were out of spec and pinion was not shimmed correctly. I now have to pay to have both axles re-geared a 2nd time.

I had a great experience with Neeleys restoration went in because my neighbor told me about them after I blew the engine on my Chevy Silverado at silver lake this past June right at the beginning of summer! I had them put in a Chevrolet Performance ZZ632 engine in got it back a month later with it being a rush it into the shop without an appointment kinda deal They were busy to all hell because it was the start of the summer to be able to go back to silver lake a month later was definitely not in my thoughts. I have been driving it for 3 months now haven’t had a issue and drives like a champ definitely the extra power helps and with that said I would suggest this place to othersServices: Transmission

Was very professional, on point with the estimated date of being done, did it fairly quickly, 1/2 the price of ANYWHERE else I inquired a quote from, did a repair that I had difficulty finding a shop you even take on (rack & pinion). The only negative I can say is their quote they gave me was $200 under what the actual total was - this made a last second stressful situation, as I had the amount of $ for the repair pre-set aside & had to last second figure out a way to scramble up the last of the payment in order to be able to retrieve my vehicle from the shop to continue my daily commute. One of my center caps off my hubcap was missing afterwards, but I really can't complain! I've had other shops break all my breaklines & let me drive off their lot with NO breaks, ive had shops break my motor mounts, ive had shops try to pull out an oil filter from a different car & try to tell me it was mine (so that I'd spend more $ with them), ive had shops drop my alternator then charge ME to replace what THEY broke, ive had shops make me pay $700 to have the top part of my engine (air intake system) replaced only to just scam me out of that $ & simply replaced a sensor (solving the problem) on the low!!!

Don't walk, RUN AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS AS FAST AS POSSIBLE.I am shocked at the suggestion that to fix my bump steer, the solution was "we will drill into the frame to stabilize it" oddly enough my jeep required new ball joints which totally cured the issue (this work was done by another shop)After giving 3 grand of my money, they absolutely JACKED my suspension system. Kept telling me it needed more & more work.Had to have the suspension system re-done at another shop because it was so messed up.They did work to my vehicle without contacting me then demanded I pay the amount I didn't approve.Don't let me forget to remind you about the cup koozie that they jammed in my dash to mess with my heat system so I'd have to go back for more work, which would have required removing the dash for the low cost of $3000.... Why do I know they did this? Because it was a cup koozie from a company down the road from them....Not to mention when I called and asked for a reciept of the work done, their initial question was "why are you going to sue us, because some liar is on the facebook groups trying to sue us, if you're gonna sue us, we need to know"Go to all of the local jeep groups & you will find many people with horror stories of using this place.Never again. Don't let them touch your vehicle.

I arrived after hours and unloaded a vehicle. Easy off load and big parking area shared with the neighbors. As I was leaving an employee was also leaving so we talked a few minutes. Really nice guy.
