Collision center did a fantastic job on my truck! All issues were addressed. My truck was detailed and returned to me in mint condition! Thank you Joan and Zeus!

I had work done on my vehicle that was hit by another driver. The service was great! The manager, Joan, was wonderful to deal with throughout the process. She treated me very well and professionally. Very accommodating. She truly cares about Customer Satisfaction!

Joan and Alicia were absolutely great to work with. Our car turned out great, and they detailed the interior also before we picked it up. They did not cut any corners and all repair work looks factory correct. I definitely recommend, and will go back if or when we need collision work done again.

Wow, I have to tell you, Joan, the manager, totally blew me away with her incredible knowledge and professionalism. I mean, seriously, her and her staff were just so professional and their work at this bodyshop is absolutely phenomenal. Trust me, if you need any bodyshop repairs, I can't recommend Lafontaine Bodyshop highly enough!

I received by 2022 Subaru Forester back today they did a wonderful job in the only had it a week I would recommend them to anyone this is my first experience with them. The staff was great informative knew that I was nervous about things they did a great job again this is my first experience with them

To busy fixing hail damage on brand new dealer cars. I guess the will tell the customers that the new car was damaged before selling it. Or not. Anyway, they did not wish to do any work for me. From what I saw I'm not unhappy about that.

LaFontaine should be ashamed to have its name on this shop, look into this location and clean house.Joan who works in the office is rude and condescending. Body shop employees seem to lack basic knowledge of vehicle features and fail to test areas where work was performed to make sure everything that worked at drop off still works at pick up. There are NO quality standards for workmanship or employees.

Great customer service.After an accident I was referred to LaFontaine Collision Center. Although my vehicle was a total loss, Joan and rest of the staff were extremely helpful through the process. If in the future I am in need of collision services, i know where i need to go.

My car was damaged terribly from the hail storm. It had over 200 dents along with cracks in the windshield. The repair makes it look new. Joan was great to work with. She took care of all insurance. It was super easy. I would definitely go there again.Services: Painting
