“Jordan & Dave are very friendly and eager to take on projects and complete them as quickly, completely and correctly as possible. With that said, "newer" vehicles (lets just say 2015-2024 model's) often require SPECIAL TOOLS, SPECIAL SOFTWARE, SPECIAL TRAINING and WORST of all some REQUIRE DEALER ONLY SERVICE, but from what I've seen, if there's a way to do it, Jordan will do whatever is in his power to fix, upgrade, tune, or complete a repair or service.Right now we are fighting with Land Rover and their notorious stronghold on software and what they will allow 2nd party shops to do, sure they can do an oil change or basic tune up, but get into the air suspension, HVAC system or on my my case, lord forgive me that I would like a SECOND KEYFOB that works, seems to be something the dealership wants to bully you into taking it to them so they can charge you $500+ for the keyfob, $200+ for the programming (because even though the parts department will tell you that "yes, the keyfob will start the vehicle, your remote buttons just won't work" turns out to be NOT true, as all the $500+ factory made and dealer sold keyfob does is turn on the accessories but it WILL NOT START the vehicle, and that I our project to try and overcome. Get a SDD JLR software for a Windows 7, 10 or 10 Pro laptop and a SnapOn or Adtel Scanner with Regional licensing and you might stand a chance. As for everyday maintenance, service and Miscellaneous repairs, H&H seems to be capable to handle that and stand behind their work.”
