The folks at the USPS is AMAZING!! Always a big help ! ALWAYS there to fix any the postal problems that I have had over the past 43 years !! If there is anything bad to say it would be they are over worked to the point they are overwhelmed, but they ALWAYS are there to help. So THANK YOU employees of the USPS Manistee for all your help over the past 43 years that I have received !! Keep up the GREAT work!! Thank you again

Can’t get the Post Master to call me back about missing mail or my valid forwards that are not forwarding. The customer service/front end people helping me also cannot get him to call me or follow up. Have been trying to get in contact every other day for 3 weeks now, and every time I call he ”just left for the day” or didn’t even come in.

Always getting things later than they should because they're being sent all over. The second notification from the post office said transferred to another carrier FOR DELIVERY! NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE

My package was supposed to be delivered today and I got a message saying the package was held at the post office “at customers request”. Which is incorrect. I called and explained that we didn’t approve that to which I was met with a large sigh. This pretty much confirmed my assumption that they just didn’t want to deliver it. They said the it was too big to fit in the truck. So I went down there and got it myself and it was literally not even a 2 by 1 box I could fit in the back of my mini van. Kinda pissed and it’s bull that it couldn’t fit in a mail truck. Not terribly impressed.

I always have great service but today they said my mailbox was full, it was empty and I had some big packages that needed to be delivered today. I don’t think it was our regular mail woman because she’s fantastic! Just bummed about not receiving my outdoor furniture.

An extremely inappropriate comment was said during a delivery of a package for our non-profit organization. As the Founder & Executive Director, I was shocked. The inappropriate comment was reported to the supervisor.
