As basic as you can get. Some rooms have air conditioning, some don't. The rooms have a view of the river, which is nice. We came with two dogs. Not many hotels take dogs so this is why we stayed here. We walked downtown to eat.Rooms: Basic! Not all rooms have air conditioner. They have a bed, small microwave, outside grill, walkout to the river.Walkability: Can walk to downtown a block away.

We have a new vacation spot. This was a beautiful place to visit the room was very clean and updated. The view was spectacular. The staff were extra friendly and helpful.

We’ve only just checked in and already, we’re super impressed!!!! Super friendly staff at the desk. Cute view of the river. Very clean and comfortable room!! We love it!!!! So glad we chose to stay here!!

Cheap nice place to stay..never give them a security deposit they never give it back as was told. Had to stay there breifly while my house was getting ready..still waiting on my deposit months later.my room was clean and orderly,I do not smoke cigarettes etc..so where is my deposit?

Older very basic motel that the new owners are working on upgrading. Great location on the river and riverwalk. Wonderful for relaxing, great for sitting outdoors and reading. Negative is the pool is closed, so not as advertised. Also, due to a storm Spectrum wifi was down. No breakfast included, but we knew that. Our small suite was clean with new flooring, new ceiling fans, comfortable beds, plenty of towels. We have a full size refrigerator and a microwave, there are a couple of fairly new bbq grills for your use. This could be a real gem in 2022 when renovation is finished. Very impressed by how cute and clean it was. And great costumer service. You can tell they've put a lot of work into remodeling. As such there are still a few things that could be improved. For example the bathroom door doesn't close all the way. Very happy they let our dog stay! Would recommend staying there.

Lots of wonderful updates. New owners brought an old beauty into today. With more to come. My only complaint is the amount of bleach the housecleaning staff used in our particular room. A family member had another room and it was normal. Can't beat being right on the river channel

I had an issue at home and needed to be out of my house for repairs a few months ago. I live in Manistee and I booked a week here and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. I love being right downtown and close to the beach. Compared to what this place used to be It's amazing. Great job ??

The family room style room was very clean and the beds are very comfortable. Nice view from the back of room. We were disappointed of the lack of outlets and no lighting in the living room.

Coming off a bad experience at nearby instalaunch campground I found the owner Debbie and her staff warm and welcoming. They literally saved my vacation. They were accommodating in every way. My boys and I found this to be a perfect location as it is close to the beach and town. I cant thank Debbie enough. Rooms are being renovated and we found them clean with a great view of river. The pool was a surprise bonus as it was hot. Nothing fancy mind you but a great value and location. We will be back!

After getting screwed by a campground and no place to go on Independence Day holiday she took all 6 of us in and literally saved our vacation. Had super talks with owner and she was super sweet!! The prices were a heck of a deal and rooms renovated very nice. It’s a diamond in the rough for sure. Don’t hesitate and just book. It’s a beautiful location with river view and you won’t regret it!!
