Excellent visit for Otto, my 16 year old cat. Complete exam, blood work, rabies shot, and got an antibiotic shot. Dr. Vanassetch was great in explaining everything to me. Otto is one of my babies. The practice is amazing and the staff knows their stuff. Thank you so much!

The vet was rude and unprofessional. They tried to upsell us on unnecessary treatments. They “prescribed” medication that I later found out was not even prescription medication that I could easily purchase at half the cost without informing me of as much. I would avoid this place if I was you. I certainly will never bring my dog back to this place.

We've used this office as our vet for 4 dogs and 2 cats ever since we moved here almost 3 years ago. We even used to board our dogs with them. We understand pets are expensive, but the final straw was a few months ago when we had to put our oldest dog down. We were told because he hadn't been seen recently, that we would have to have an exam done before the euthanasia. To be told an $80 exam is required in order to put him down right after is ridiculous.

They always take the time to follow up after appointments especially when it is not just a routine annual visit. They call/text/email to see how your pet is doing at frequent intervals. Then help to make needed adjustments.

We had our first visit with Dr. Betts, the staff were friendly and kind, even though my fur baby felt scared, they made every effort to calm her for her care and safety. We have found our vet!

A very uncaring, unprofessional veterinary service. We’ve had to take our pet to them twice recently and each time the main question to us is how much money do we want to invest in our pet’s care. They wanted to do extensive testing and scans and X-rays the first time, which ended in finding an ear infection….over $1000.00 to treat! Second visit, they wanted to start with a $300.00 bath for a skin condition! And then we find that the medicine sold to us was not even a prescription…..able to be bought online for half the price. Generally, they were very cold, blunt, and uncaring. I would never go back and regret taking my pet there.

They go above and beyond to make sure your animals get comfortable! We're able to squeeze us in, and our little guy loved going. They took their time with him and asked lots of questions. Definitely not going anywhere else from now on!
