Person that ran the office was on medical leave and substitute was unaware of the procedure.
I received a very nice call from the office and was told my card is in the mail.
Therefore I change my rating to 5 stars due to them reaching out to me.

Lea is excellent at her job. I go to the Cadillac, MI office from Free Soil because she is so good at explaining and listening to my concerns. Shane in Manistee is good also but I really prefer Lea.
