This place was very helpful short notice in flowers for homecoming. They did a great job with the color scheme we gave them. And even offered us free baby's breath even though the wife paid for it. But very nice and very professional and got us together quick on short notice thank you. I need of flowers check em out.

The audacity that this place has on treating its customers the way it does is mind blowing. Not only do I feel discriminated against, but I feel very disrespected. Don’t take advantage that you’re in a small town that other people won’t find better places to go get their flowers from. Get your act together get some training done for your employees and remember that it’s the customers that funded your business and without us you wouldn’t be running anything.

I went in to get a floral arrangement they looked at me didn’t say a word I waited for ten mins for help and then the lady was rude to me I left that min this is not a friendly environment no help not the place to go

Well let's start this as they are lucky to even get a 1 star review if negative stars were in existence that's what they'd be getting.
I ordered a beautiful bouquet arrangement for a friend of mine or at least that's what it was suppose to be for several days but it died faster than a man with unexpected heart failure....
When approaching the store I got the "customer service treatment" equivalent to a busted self check out at Walmart with a 19 year old csm attached to their cellular device....
No refund ,no accountability, nothing .
Needless to say I'd drive 45 minutes to Ludington to Bella floral the flowers don't die and they have wonderful workers that actually know how to act like humans and treat with human kindness.

One of the most expensive flower shops I've seen, with many flowers that die in a very short time compared to other flowers that I've bought from other flower shops. Other places I have been to even have let me make an arrangement of flowers if I didn't find what I wanted, but this one didn't seem to like me asking to do that.

Customer service was meh.... spent 80 on a bouquet for mothers day, placed them in a water vase and by the time I got to my mom's house 1 hour away the flowers were wilted and drooped. would avoid this flower shop at all costs.

I surprised my wife with flowers from Pomeroy, on Valentine's Day. She was surprised and loved the flowers! 100% will call them again for flowers!
