This post office is a prime example of why people have lost faith in USPS. They lose or miss deliver mail constantly. Are disrespectful when you go in to try and fix the problem. My wife and I have lived in Manchester since 2016 and our tab for lost gifts from family members is around $3,750. The employees blatantly take no pride in their work and the way they treat their job is the same way toddlers treat objects. It’s sad that the USPS doesn’t care about the citizens of Manchester.

The blonde Manager Lady Questioned me about every package I tried to ship media mail. Being very rude. Not appreciated. Said... "This doesn't feel like a book..." "This doesn't feel like a dvd" like... Really? I shipped here every day, guess I'll just use fed ex from now on. ??

Missing all sorts of mail. Don't understand why. Very careless service in my opinion. Random mail just disappears. Sent back? tossed out? who knows?

My delivery person whenever I need a delivery is completely lazy and has been for years. I have a front and back door where there is a door bell but she chooses not to walk 40 ft but instead knock at the garage door. No one can hear so we always get a notice about the missed delivery. Calling USPS is pure punishment since the system they use is outdated and hold times are horrible. Use UPS like my business does since I can trust that they will make sure no one is home....

Going to be filing a complaint about this branch with national USPS. I’ve been calling for over 30-minutes and no one answers the phone, nor is there an option to leave a message. Their hours are until 5:00 pm EST. on Fridays. Multiple packages were to be delivered to our home today, but instead of delivering them to the home the driver felt compelled to smash all of the packages into our mailbox, along with all of our mail. Needless to say, everything is crushed, bent and smashed. We had a replacement ATM card in there, a birthday present, a device that could potentially create a hazard issue if busted open, and another package full of smashed makeup. When calling to take the necessary steps to file a complaint with this office, they’re unreachable. Terrible excuse for service. But I’ve already reached out and am on a callback chain with the national 800 number for USPS. Just wanted to provide this information since businesses, especially the post office, shouldn’t be operating this unprofessionally.

The Manchester Post office is a Joke. I had a package that was originally going to be delivered on a Thursday but got pushed back to a Friday. So I figured I would just stop by my local post office to get it Thursday where it had been sitting all day. The clerk was rude and would not let me take my mail. I find this to be unacceptable and a huge inconvenience. I wish there was an option to use UPS or fedex for all deliveries. USPS has been nothing but problems for me and people I know.

If you like mail, I've got the place for you. It's the Manchester Michigan post office! They have mail in all shapes and sizes, whatever you're looking for, they've got it. Tim runs the ship there with the friendliest service in Manchester.
