Jennifer is Best one I have ever met! She was down to earth! She went way and beyond very friendly and will do whatever it takes to,make sure your needs are met! Jennifer was always open for communication and helpful as we navigated the home market for the first time. She helped us understand our buying power and when we could buy over the course of a year. She was very professional, answered every question we had and gave us a lot of insight into the process and market. She was honest and straightforward which was truly great for us as first-time homebuyers. She continues helping us even after we closed. We’d recommend her and will continue to use her in the future!

Jennifer was super knowledgeable about every aspect of the property that she was the listing agent on. I recently met Jennifer at a commercial property that I recently purchased that included land and structures. There wasn’t a question I asked Jennifer regarding this property that she did not know the answer. I closed on July 10, 2023 and I still keep in touch with her. Jennifer is easy to reach, will always return your call and will send you listings within the parameters for which you are looking to find. Really a great experience from start to finish. I found Jennifer to be very honest, direct, informed, smart and super easy to work with. I highly recommend Jennifer to anyone looking at any type of real estate to purchase/sell. And she as an awesome dog!!

My wife and I began looking for a house in the winter of 2022. The housing market was crazy and open houses were packed with people trying to get in on the lower interest rates. We reached out to Jennifer to help us navigate the whole process and help us find something that fit our wants and needs. The home search went on for a whole year due to our stubbornness and also it being a tough market but Jennifer was very patient with us and she was there every time we asked to see new homes. She was available all hours of everyday to help us and communicate with us about potential homes and was willing to travel all over central and southeast Michigan to be there with us for open houses and walk us through potential homes. When we finally found our home she helped us negotiate repairs and close on the home very quickly. Jennifer is very honest and straightforward about her thoughts. She had our back when dealing with the seller when they were playing games. A lot of real estate agents will push through a deal just to get paid even if it isn’t in their clients best interest but that is not Jennifer she really cares about her clients best interest and doing what is right for them. We fully recommend her to anyone looking for a honest real estate agent that is willing to put in the work!

Jennifer and her team are really great professionals in a crowed field of realtor services! They take time to listen to what your needs are and help clarify the many scary aspects of buying or selling properties. She is excellent at negotiating terms and is extremely knowledgeable when it came to us buying our first commercial investment property when we came to Michigan. Jennifer was a great help on finding our home. She made it personal and was very open about questions we had even answering them so it was easy for us to understand. She also was able to sell our old house very fast and around for what we was wanting for it which made everything close to stress free as you can get when going through the processes of home buying and selling.. I just want to say that Jennifer is very ethical in her business, she knows the ins & outs, holds herself accountable and is very professional while still making you feel comfortable enough to laugh and be yourself around her. She is supper easy to get ahold of, replies back swiftly and communicates completely, let's you explain what your looking for, listens and shows you just that!! She also explains everything step by step fully so you know what is happening and what will be happening next, all the way through. Working with her, she made the whole process stress free!!
