Check your prices inside the store when being rung up. I was overcharged on my purchases, and then given a hard time when I questioned it.

They sell diesel so I can spend $100 in fuel but have no problem telling you you can't use the restroom!! Half hour drive from anything else!

The lady behind the counter is rude, I simply asked if I could use the microwave to warm up my lunch she told me NO! She’s always playing on her phone making customers wait a few minutes when you are obviously ready to pay. I usually get my gas here in the morning because it’s right on the way but I will go elsewhere from here on out. I would recommend everyone do the same.

I was the only person in the store and stood at the cash register while the cashier standing right behind it legitimately sat on her phone for 2 minutes leisurely finishing whatever goofy thing she was doing before even acknowledging me. Sister of the owner, and always a useless clown. This place blows.

I was just here with my boyfriend and the woman behind the counter was incredibly rude and disrespectful to him when he was trying to pay for his gas. He stuck his card in the machine inside and it reset for whatever reason and she accused him of “breaking her machine” he was double charged after she made him switch pumps, he went back inside and all she says is “I did what you told me to do” which was completely incorrect. Terrible service. I’d give 0 stars if it were an option. This gas station is right up the street from home but I’d rather drive the extra minutes up the road to go to a store that doesn’t want to rob me.

OK, so that just happened. I attempted to patronize this establishment at exactly 9:11pm this evening, after checking the sign which said they close at 9:30pm. I ran my card and started pumping, and got exactly $.10 (Yes. Ten cents.) in the tank before the attendant looked out the window, proceeded to shut the pump off with no warning, turned all the lights off outside, and started walking around inside turning those lights off too. Puzzled, and hoping that maybe she just didn't see me, I went over and knocked on the door....she would not acknowledge me, I knocked firmly but politely. A few times. Nothing. After all the lights were out, she slipped out the back door and peeled out in her car. I needed gas pretty badly, so I went to the next closest station on my way out of town and asked what the deal was with the Village Gas & Mart. Their response to me was that they don't care what time they close and they do this to customers all the time. Specifically, shutting the store down while you are in the middle of pumping gas. Nice. I'm all for supporting local businesses and I've never had a problem with this place until now - but maybe if people complain about shoddy business practices like this more often something will change. They just 100% lost me as a customer. And I'm pretty sure they won't care.

Buttons on pumps don't work. Its the only gas station that my card doesn't work at, making me go in to pay. Gas station lady is always on her phone. Gas pumps super slow.
