“Very quick. They do not leave you just sitting in a room, like others do. Quick to diagnose, help, answer questions, and quick to do testing. Everyone is so pleasant and fun. Doc goes out of his way to get right down on the floor with my dogs and plays with them to make them feel relaxed. Just love these guys!”
