Very quick. They do not leave you just sitting in a room, like others do. Quick to diagnose, help, answer questions, and quick to do testing. Everyone is so pleasant and fun. Doc goes out of his way to get right down on the floor with my dogs and plays with them to make them feel relaxed. Just love these guys!

We vacation in the area. When our Golden Retriever hurt his leg, I called to see if we could be seen as a non-patient. Not only were they extremely accommodating getting us in that day but just so kind and caring. Highly recommend!!

While on vacation we thought our 7 year old Luna had developed a UTI. Turns out that it was something much more serious that requires a splenectomy. The vets and staff were very accommodating in not only getting us in for the initial evaluation but follow up testing and eventually surgery at the earliest possible time. Dr. Brandy and Dan were available to answer our questions and provide us information. The front desk staff was very friendly, professional and empathetic of our situation. The clinic was more than willing to work and share records with our hometown vet.

Visited the clinic when our dog got swimmer's tail while on vacation in the area. Staff was so kind and helpful, and got us in same-day, within a couple of hours. Techs and Dr were professional and caring, and prices more than reasonable. Jokingly told my husband we have to start bringing our pets from out of state to the Mancelona Vet Hospital! Highly recommend!!
