The owners of Mancelona Self Storage are the most wonderful people. My sister passed away and they gave me her storage instead of selling it. They have big hearts and really care about their clients. Thank you so much from my family.

If it were possible I'd give them a -99. Don't believe anything they say, it's a come-on the get you committed! I rented a storage unit from them. At the time of rental they didn't have the size, 10x20 that I needed. They told me they'd rent me a 10x40 at the 10x20 price.Now, January 10, 2022 during the winters coldest time -5 to 10 and amid the COVID outbreak, they are raising my rent 240%. In addition they are trying to make it retroactive to the beginning of January.

Very nice people. They won't consider your unit abandoned unless you don't pay your bill.

Rude, hateful, snobbish, emotionless people. If you treasure your stored items dont use them. Definitely dont use long term. They will call your unit abandoned
