The guys there are very friendly, and usually have a sense of humor. The owners keep the prices affordable for our small town, always offer to carry my goods ( but being a farmer myself I refuse). There is a limited options on products, but what is there is good. Often have sales on seeds and starter plants ( so that it keeps stock moving). I always loved it when I was able to go in get my glass bottle milk. Great place if you just want to run in and get a few common used farm feeds and get out ( doesn't take you all day to shop and check out). Glad to see there is still the ole fashion feed stores around. Lets keep them in business ( keep money local).

The guys there are great!! The owners keep the prices affordable for our small town, always offer to carry my goods and have been known to forgive me a few cents off when I was short, I will never forget it or make a habit of being short changed! Lol.

This was disappointing. I was low on fuel and the posted price for diesel on Gas Buddy was the lowest around. Even though it is about a 10 mile drive to Ellsworth, I figured I could combine taking my recycles while fueling and save a trip to Central Lake. To make sure, I called ahead to confirm they had a pump for passenger diesel, and was assured they did. I checked in upon arrival and was directed to the diesel pump. I was dismayed to find that in fact, they have only one pump setup with the large diameter nozzle which does not fit into passenger cars and pickups. I went back to the service desk and explained and also expressed my displeasure at having made a wasted trip especially after calling ahead. The attendant was clueless and uninterested. I expected more from them. I can't be the only one in the area with a diesel powered pickup.
