IF YOU WWNT OVERPROCED BAD INTERNET THIS PLACE IS FOR YOU!! HAD IT FOR A YEAR AND IT GAD TO BE THE WORST INTERNET EVER, I paid $108 for the high speed 1.2 gig blah blah blah. I got laggy, frozen, glitchy, constantly loading, so called specialist came out 4 times all saying something bad about the prior workers work. Still had bad internet at the end of the day. Finally switched to T-Mobile and it seems to be much better so far.. I wouldn’t recommend Wow to anyone. 2-26-24 if I could give zero stars I would..

We have had WOW for years without out issues until the last 6 months. Now it continuously goes out multiple times throughout the day and night. Which is not good when you depend on it for work. We have had multiple technicians out replacing the box (3 times), they replaced the wire to the house and the connectors. Still no luck. Come to find out our neighbors are experiencing the same issue, but WOW will not check the lines. Only thinking it is something with the box or house. Since so many people in the same neighborhood are experiencing the same thing further investigation needs to be done. You would think since they are a communications company they would have tools to analyze loss signals like DTE does for power outages. So good luck! Not recommending them right now.

They can’t set up my internet correctly even after sending 4 different technicians so far. Technician Carl lied and said nobody answered the door after being in my house and yard, probably because he wanted to get home on a Friday and couldn’t figure it out. STILL NO INTERNET. Also reached out to my salesperson Matt Weisman but he got his commission and no longer cares.Customer service is an absolute joke. For anybody looking to switch or use this service, be aware that my household hasn’t had internet since Thursday and they’re not fixing it until Monday, and that’s if they even send out someone who is competent enough. No urgency on their part to fix any mistakes whatsoever.Quit sending dishonest contractors into peoples homes. Neil in Customer Service needs anger management.

My internet cost was jacked up to $97 for 100 Mbps. Unbelievable, Xfinity offers 2 Mbps for $40 for a 12 months commitment, an absolute no brainer! Besides the customer service was very rude when I disconnecting my service. Again, they disconnect the service immediately but still responsible for paying for the whole monthly term. I have never seen anything like this, all providers would prorate the bill. Besides the attitude of the representative was very rude! First of all I can’t understand the representative, hardly speaks English. WOW could to better, but definitely lost a customer forever. Very unprofessional customer service and mediocre service. They don’t even deserve a single star!

Been a customer for years. Customer service is horrible now. Not sure if anyone's main language is English. All I need is 3 new remotes for my HD boxes. That's it!! They can't even get that straight. Been talking to wowway and waiting for my new controllers for a year now. Ridiculous!!

A "hope and pray" type of set up here when returning equipment. No employees here it seems as this location is still operating in a 2020 COVID style business model. Luckily I can get all of my questions answered over the phone or through their chat feature, because locally, there's really not a lot of options to talk with someone. I was getting my equipment upgraded so I needed to return my old equipment. Initially they were sending me to a liquor store near my house to return my equipment. That seemed odd so I drove a bit further to go to this place. Nobody here in the middle of the day, a drop box that is literally just a small spot and a sketchy conveyer belt where equipment can easily fall off an hit the hard floor. TAKE A PICTURE OF YOUR EQUIPMENT BEFORE PUTTING IT IN THE BOX. I didn't have any issues but I'm sure they'd pull some complaint to your account if your equipment fell off the belt and got damaged on the ground. Also put a sticky note with your name and address on it, along with your phone number in case they need to contact you. I feel bad for folks that want to talk to someone to ensure their equipment or bill was received. This is not the way to do things.

Worst customer service ever. Been waiting for a call back from a supervisor to help with a lost fedex package, WOW has to sign off on the claim form and nobody calls back or responds to emails. I had to give one star just to post this, and that is one star too many.

Falsely advertised service not on a real fiber optic network. Getting speeds 10x+ times slower than advertised despite the eero telling me I'm getting almost 1gbps
