Never go to this place I brought my dog and they do not care about anything but your money. Allowed me to take my dog home knowing full well without oxygen she would pass away but intended to get 2000 grand to keep her for one night mind you on a Sunday night hence why I couldn't get the money but they didn't want to help just to keep her so they could transfer her the following morning 2000 grand just to sleep even thou they could have transferred her that night since they had no problem telling me where to go and to let me know they were open. Then to top it off sold me prescription as if to say give her these and it will help didn't even make it home shame on you place you should never be able to handle animals considering you only want the money. All of those employees should give them self's a pat on the back for getting the money and running 1000 dollars for a twenty minute look
Lies 2000 grand or go home that was your advice never in any conversation was it explained that her leaving would give her a 0 percent chance of living you said there was a possibility of her not making thru the night which means some chance but not zero but let's be real without that 2000 grand you weren't going to do anything anyways do give me condolences for the loss do better don't make the same mistake with somebody else as you did with me. So don't come on here trying to spin a narrative it seems pretty common from your establishment from what I am reading. Take the responsibility as an establishment like an adult an own it and simply DO BETTER OR FIND A DIFFERENT OCCUPATION

Update to respond to their reply: They failed to provide a satisfactory resolution due to their mistake, and also were extremely rude and condescending. Plenty have come forward with similar experiences.
Don't take your beloved pet here for any treatment.
I took my cat who was injured with a deep wound here, and twice they surgically repaired the wound. The surgeries were done correctly, however when I took him back to get his sutures removed I overheard the assistant/tech say that his wound wasn't healed but she had already removed the sutures. His wound reopened and is clearly infected, and I explained everything to staff, however they were adamant it would heal by second intention, and that they did everything correctly.
No antibiotics were given if it was supposed to heal by second intention, and since they removed the sutures when the wound wasn't completely closed, then they most definitely didn't do everything correct.
Ive paid over a grand for his procedures and medication in total, so you would think the third time they would fix their mistake and do it for free. Nope. After some digging and hearing others experiences, it is safe to say I would caution anyone taking their pet here, and I highly suggest you take them elsewhere for emergency care.

Misdiagnosed pet. Said he had an infection- if we would have listened our pup wouldn’t be here. Avoid at all costs- he had an obstruction and they gave him meds to stop pooping. Ended up taking him to Blue Pearl within 2 hours of bringing him home from there and he was admitted and had emergency surgery as his intestines were completely obstructed. Honestly, as unprofessional and uneducated as this vet was I’m glad they misdiagnosed him as I would not trust them to cut into any pet and my boy probably wouldn’t be here with us if they did.
Also want to make it clear that money was NOT a concern during this visit and we were willing to pay whatever it took to get our boy home healthy. Unless you plan on refunding the hundreds spent at your clinic , there is no need for me to reach out. I will continue to share my story and be sure to warn others to avoid this practice by any means necessary. Especially when scrolling social media and people are searching for an emergency vet. Convenience, low cost and fast triage is NOT worth a pets life.

Took my cat in for FLUTD (unable to pee) and was given a bill of $3k.. asked what the options were bc I couldn’t afford the bill and they were to pay or take him home to die. The staff was very rude to me and could honestly careless about the well being of my cat. They just want money. sat outside to gain composure and think. I went back in and paid $125 for them to do nothing. Came home and you tubed “how to unblock cat” and I found a video on apple cider vinegar.
I gave him 5ml of organic ACV 3 times . Between 2am and 6am I saw pools of urine /blood mix and what caused the blockage had passed also. I called back to the vet about the next steps and all she wanted to know was how did I unblock him, never explaining to me the next steps for care. I take it she was upset because I used my brain and went another route to avoid paying $3k. She Told me my cat was unable to be seen because I so called threatened to abandon my cat, which was never the case. Mind you I asked what the options were. She over talked me and ultimately hung up in my face. So now I’m on the do not see list. Crazy right. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. It’s very expensive , long waits in your car until they call you, 1 doctor on site, and the customer service is terrible. If your cat is blocked use the ACV method. It works. God bless.

Do not go. Drove all the way to this “emergency office” with my dog only to be told they had no doctors available. My dog passed away later that evening

I don't feel like the staff here was compassionate to our situation with our poor baby, he for very sickly very quickly. The issue I had is that I took him on Monday, and they wanted to keep him overnight. It wasn't mentioned until after i signed the money that they aren't open Tuesday or Wednesday so in the event they wanted to keep him longer, he would need to be transferred which ultimately based on his labs he definitely needed to be kept longer and I think initially he should've been transferred and that should have been communicated to us. To withhold that information, and make us transfer our sick dog to a second vet place was just horrible. We were in so much stress and grief from the acute infection we truly did not look at the door for hours ourselves, we expected the doctor and staff to be upfront about that and they were not.
In response to the response from the company- the doctor absolutely did not tell me that they could only keep my dog until 8am the next day due to them being closed for the next two days until after payment was surrounded. I am a PA myself and I know how important it is being forthcoming about all plans of care including estimated length of stay. The doctor initially told me they planned to keep him 24 hours and re-assess. Unfortunately; this turned into 12 hours as they would be closed.

Probably the worst vet I've been to in my life. I took my kittens here for an examination after I had rescued them. VES told me they were four weeks old, needed deworming and antibiotics. Their condition did not improve, so I took them to another veterinary service. They told me the kittens were 2 weeks old, and absolutely should not be on any kind of those medications. Not to mention the insane bill we received for essentially one exam and an antibiotic and dewormer (that they shouldn't have even gotten !!!). This is the worst veterinarian you could take your pet to. Go anywhere else.

Horrible horrible place.
Staff distant and uncaring.
My cats leg was broken. X-rays and sedation $550. They sent us out without pain medication!!!!!! All they did was give me a list of places that do surgery. I had to sit in my car and call around.
The office was old and dirty.
I will tell EVERYONE to go elsewhere.

I cannot put into words how thankful I am to the staff here. I had to take my senior cat twice - once several years ago for a diabetic issue, and more recently for congestive heart failure. Both myself and my kitty were treated with compassion and professionalism. My cat and I were able to have several more happy and healthy years together because of the team here, and I will be forever grateful for that ?

Just want to give a shout out to the folks working here. We rushed our senior dog, Rio, into the clinic a couple weeks ago as he was suddenly having difficulty standing and breathing. They helped to diagnose him with an inoperable tumor on his heart and we had to make the impossible decision to let him go. We were/are devastated, but I’m extremely grateful that the staff here was so empathetic, respectful, and patient while we navigated this heartbreaking situation. They rushed to try to help him, they were patient as I repeatedly missed instructions and parts of the paperwork in the chaos of it all, they gave us space to say goodbye and grieve, and afterward sent a thoughtful sympathy card signed by all the staff.
I know most pet owners will probably say the same, but Rio really was the most amazing dog. He was so loved and I wish you all could’ve gotten to see him when he was doing better. Thank you for your kindness.

It was really alarming to be informed when I called today about an emergency visit for a very sick cat that there is no doctor in the building and they cannot provide any services or even give any advice. Perhaps they should be closed if they have no provider to provide services that should be a given….

Was seen late at night with virtually no wait. LOVED the doctor and all the staff. They informed me of procedure and price before performed. Was VERY happy with the care they gave my Remee . Also, very clean place!!!!

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT take your animal here! They will take you money and not help your animal. My dog was throwing up, not eating and diarrhea and was never tested for Provo! I was told that my dog had blood in his stomach and need help somewhere else, AFTER 20 min and $800 later. I took my dog somewhere else and when I got there and told them what I was told from your clinic, they looked at me in disbelief! NO blood in my dogs stomach, in fact he was punctured in the stomach by your clinic! When the vet saw where y dog cam from, he told me in his own words, NEVER take your animal there. I will not stop until something is done, I am seeking legal advice on what to do next. NEVER TAKE YOUR ANIMAL HERE, THEY WILL NOT HELP AND WILL JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY

This place is amazing! We had to take our cat Mitsy here do to his lethargicness, drooling, lack of appetite and fever and they took him back ASAP and we were told a diagnosis within 30 minutes. He ended up have ulcers on his tongue and we were told that it could’ve been cause by an outside source or could’ve be an internal problem. The vet allowed us to choose if we wanted additional blood work done to make sure it wasn’t internal or anything more that what they thought which we ended up doing. This place is not money hungry and truly advises the best for your pets in case of emergency. The night prior we were at another emergency vet (AEC in Rochester) and after our cat being in the back for 2.5 hours getting vitals “checked” we were told nothing until they came in with a bill of over $800 just to run test on him. We decided not to go with their care and came here instead. We ended paying $770 here for everything including the office fee, tests, and medication. It would’ve been less as well but we decided we would rather be safe than sorry and wanted blood work done. Anyone complaining about the price doesn’t understand that this is an emergency vet and it may be higher. We will definitely come here again if we have any emergency and have already recommended here to family who have had problems with other emergency vets
