Val's Shoes is a store with a great selection of shoes, purses, clothes, and other items. It is a nice cheap store where shoes are $10 and boots are $20, and they also have other odds and ends like makeup and perfume. The store is lovely and spotless, though it can feel like organized chaos with a lot of stuff to look through. The people who work there are extremely friendly, nice, helpful, and cool, offering superb customer service. They are quite gracious, even helping customers find specific sizes and not rushing shoppers at closing time. The store has very excellent shoes, including party shoes and cute sandals, though they only go up to size eight and can lack larger sizes. They have a clear refund and exchange policy. Customers love this place and give it five stars for its excellent clientele service and great selection.
It was my first time going there about a week ago and they have great selection of shoes, purses, clothes, and etc. I will definitely be back. I’m not sure if I was talking with the owner but she was definitely nice and helpful!
