called about what i thought was transmission fluid leak. the man that answered to phone said that it it could be coolant leak. i guess he know his job..perfect

Rude and short couldn’t even explain the issue honestly. Just said they were too busy and don’t have time. I would never recommend anyone just based off how short rude and unhelpful they were over the phone

Two quarts of transmission fluid low, after I had the flush somewhere else. Didn't even think to check that. Walked out free of charge. Integrity.

Took my 2016 F150, that I'd bought a few weeks ago, to Transmission Clinic to have them check it out as it had bad torque converter shudder. They confirmed the issue and I went with their recommendation of a fluid/filter change and Lubegard anti-shudder. I was told if it fixed the issue, it could last a month or it could last a year or more. Better to try this than to jump right into a major repair. Well, it worked 100% and now I LOVE my truck! There is a reason they have 4.8 stars and are so crazy busy. Its because of good customer service, great workmanship and a straight shooter way of doing business.

Bob and Cletus are great. When I first spoke to Bob I could tell he was a trustworthy person. He recommended calling Ford first and seeing if I had a warranty on my vehicle. When I found out I didn't have a warranty, Bob looked at my car and gave me updates within a couple days. I was quoted $10,000 by another shop in Sterling Heights for a new transmission. Bob was honest and told me I just needed a new clutch for $2500. After the fix my car ran better than it did when I first got it. Would recommend them to anyone.
