“My car was making a weird noise and I went into the shop an hour before the shop closes without appointment. The guys were very nice and down to earth, willing to help even though I showed up last minute without any appointments. Thankfully, the issue was so minor that I was in and out in 10 minutes. They were very fair and they didn't even charge me for it. I appreciated that they were still willing to take a look at it and I was worry-free for rest of the weekend. From now on, I will be coming back here if my car has any issues. Thank you!!!”
“After moving to Michigan in 2017, I have been searching up and down for a reliable, educated, respectful, and affordable Auto repair shop. About a year and a half ago I discovered JRE Auto. This place has treated me so well. I have been overly impressed every time I have interacted with them. The first thing I can say is that they are very straightforward with realistic time expectations, and they complete the work in a very timely fashion. They do the work very well and competently, and their prices are very affordable. One of the things I really like about this place is that they do not "man-splain" all the mechanic jargon while talking down to me as if I am a complete Nimrod. These people are professional, kind, vibrant, knowledgeable, and very respectful. They talk to you like a human and are willing to go above and beyond to accommodate someone in need. There is a sweet lady there named Kim who works for JRE as a mechanic, she is awesome and always takes very good care of me. I highly recommend this place. For reference, I drive a 15-year-old Volkswagen, they can be very expensive to repair, and this place usually quotes me lower than any other shop in the area, and it's usually at a more affordable price and the turnaround time always surprises me.

“Very helpful and friendly staff. Good prices of food and other housewares. It is very similar to a Sam's Club or Costco, but I think it seems less chaotic inside. This big attractiion is the exceptionally low gas prices. The lines seem long, but move quickly and there are plenty of pumps. Plus they have long hoses so no worries about pulling up on the wrong side of the pump. They will reach. I have a long drive to work every day and this has really helped with my gas expenses.... plus their rotisserie chicken rivals Costco's.”

“My daughter and I were running errands today with the puppy I’m currently raising for Leader Dogs for the Blind here in Michigan. My daughter asked if she could just run into Costco for a few items and I decided to stay in the car with the puppy since it was a hot day and he was tired from going with us into two other stores. While waiting in the parking lot, my low tire pressure warning light went on. Fortunately for us, Costco Tire Center was able to repair my tire while we waited, and it was only $14! The Costco employees were very gracious and kind and it ended up being a great training opportunity for our Future Leader Dog Puppy. Once again, Costco came through! Thanks!”

“Tony is a wonderful employee!! My best friend had an appointment and understandably it took longer than expected for the work to be done. However it was finished the same day. The reason it’s understandable is the amount of things they found wrong with the vehicle
They did however finish the work on the vehicle before the business day was finished and we were able to pick up the car in a timely manner. Tony treats everyone with the utmost respect. The way he lets everyone know that he acknowledges them walking into the reception area and that he will be with them when he is able to is an excellent display of manners. He even answers the phone while ringing up services and lets whoever is on the phone know that he will definitely address their needs in a timely manner. He is very professional and caring!! A lovely person with amazing people skills and knowledge of the services that Firestone provides. I hope everyone sees him in the same light that I do”
