Vince is the man! You can order apparel many different places, but I'd prefer to order from a local establishment that provides great services! I cannot comment on the quality of product yet, but I can certainly comment on the quality of service, which was top notch! In a commoditized marketplace great service is everything!!

Vince was very knowledgeable about the latest trends for varsity jackets. He helped us make decisions about the jacket we bought our son. He helped us make sure we bought the correct size. Our son plays multiple sports. It’s good to know we can add to the jacket if needed. I have used his business to purchase tee shirts for my high school reunions. It was simple and easy for individuals to place orders a make payments. I didn’t have to collect money! People could even have them shipped. Great quality products. Very satisfied with all my purchases from Team Threads.

Top notch service from a company that takes pride in the product they provide. Our family has purchased 2 Varsity jackets from Team Threads, for my '16 grad and my '20 grad. I don't think my '20 grad wore any other jacket to school during her years going to Athens. It's still as good as new 4 years later.

update #1 - look at how you respond every time an issue is brought up. denial and blame. I have a full time job and 3 kids. Softball season has started which means double headers two days a week and tournaments on weekends. We waited 3 months for our uniforms. I don't have time to show up to your store to show you in person. You have uniforms there, as a matter of fact, I am still waiting on a pair of navy ones. When you get them in, compare them to the size samples you have in boxes that you gave to us to order from. You know they are not the same! not even close! Our Coach has already sent you pictures of the sizing samples you provided and the pants you sold to us on one of our girls, which clearly are NOT the same. You ignored her. Once I get my navy pants I am waiting on, I will come up there with both pairs and prove to you that they are not the same. Then what? You are going to refund me? What about the rest of the organization that got pants the wrong sizes? Because I can not wait 3 months for you to order a different size. Season has already started and will be over by the time the next order comes in. I want a refund. YOU KEEP RESPONDING SAYING YOU GAVE US SIZE SAMPLES TO TRY ON - DUH! WE ORDERED BASED ON THE SIZE SAMPLES YOU PROVIDED! HOWEVER, YOUR SIZE SAMPLES THAT THE GIRLS TRIED ON AND ORDERED ARE NOT THE SAME AS THE PANTS YOU SOLD TO US! WAY OFF!!!!! THE SIZE SAMPLES YOU PROVIDED OBVIOUSLY WERE NOT FROM THE VENDOR THAT YOU ORDERED OUR UNIFORMS FROM, BECAUSE THEY DO NOT MATCH!
