This is the worst Taco Bell anywhere. The night manager has no idea what he's doing. Anything we ever got from here isn't Taco Bell standard. I would have it closed down or at least fire everybody and get properly train them. I'll keep going 5 miles out of my way for proper service

I was having trouble with the menu and one of the employees near the front started helping me with the machine. There was a technical problem but he went out of his way to figure it out. While he was checking into it another employee asked if I needed help. They got it figured out for me. Good service for fast food. My food came up fairly quick and the item I had trouble with can't up in about one minute. They have a nice restroom as well. My brother was just claiming that a clean bathroom can make a business successful. I'm not sure I completely agree with him. My phone isn't allowing me to upload the image right now.

The lunch service at this location is pretty awful. The only thing worse is the food quality. I would recommend going to any other location.

This location is the worst Taco Bell in Metro Detroit. The potatoes and the chalupa shell were like chewing on a rawhide bone. The employees are extremely lazy and also are horrible with any special orders. I would not feed their food to my dog.

Service sucks and it’s ghetto. Fight outside of restaurant and not even that it was one of the employees. And don’t be surprised if u can’t do the drive-thru bc their “system is down” 3-4 times a week.

The people are nice, and the service is good. As far as pricing goes, the franchise thinks more of itself than it should. If a fast food joint is going to charge restaurant prices for fast food quality, I'll just go to an authentic Mexican restaurant.

I went to the drive thru tonight and the service was much different than on Saturday in the afternoon, I got home and we were missing a portion of our order and the person taking the orders was rude. I attempted to call the restaurant several times tonight and they did not answer their phone....I will not be going back to this location in the future.
