I spoke to a representative over the phone. I gave her my name and part number I was looking for she said they had it. I told her I was on my way to pick it up. She said ok. I get there at 3 and the lady at the front desk stated to me that it’s a 2 hour process and that I wouldn’t be able to get my part until Monday. I stated to her that I just talked to someone less than an hour ago and she told me to come in and the part would be there. She never told me it’s a 2 hour process. So, I asked for a manager and she stated she was the manager with a nonchalance attitude. She going to say I will only have 2 girls that pull at 3:30 again I was there at 3 and previously spoke to a representative. Then I called back once I left and again this manager was very nonchalant. I was still there in time bottom line she just didn’t want to help me because she stated she gets off at 3:30 and she would have been the one to have to process it. Very terrible customer service and if I didn’t need this part I would never go back there. Not customer service friendly. She also stated there was no one else to talk to because she is the manager. I am very disappointed with this company. Again as the owner just replied to not knowing the truth that his employee Noelle lied again. I arrived to your customer service counter at 2:55 if you have cameras please review. I don’t like a dishonest employee. She just didn’t want to do her job like she said after 3:30 it would only be 2 people there and she was getting ready to leave at 3:30 and she would have to be the one to process it. On Monday I called to see if it was ready and it wasn’t the representative went to pull it and to get it ready which only took less than 30 minutes. Before you comment you probably should contact the customer and review your cameras if you have any and that will tell you the truth.

Dropped my instrument cluster off Monday at 4:30, got a call Tuesday afternoon say it could be repaired, given an estimate and requested approval to repair. Picked it up this afternoon (Thursday) around 4, installed and done by 4:45! Everything is back in working order! I would definitely recommend and use again!

What would have ended up being a poor buying experience with Specmo, was quickly turned around by Stephanie and Andrea. They quickly solved the issue (wrong part number and shipping time), and had the correct part shipped to me the very next day. These two went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Would recommend this company. Thank you!

I took my instrument cluster to their shop and was told they couldn't fully test it so they didn't charge me anything I brought it home and hooked it back up and I couldn't believe everything worked I tried everything all the connectors everything with no results so whatever they did fixed the problem and they didn't charge me nothing thanks again very honest company great employee's
