I have came to this location a little after 7am before because I’m a plus member and the sign says open at 7am for plus members…but I was asked to leave the store because they “stopped opening at 7am for plus members during covid” which is false because it was only about a month or two ago when I came in here to grab a few things around 7am.
Covid happened 4 years ago, if the times have changed, take the sign down from outside of the store stating the hours and correct it. This is very misleading & annoying to customers. Don’t pick and choose when you want to open at 7am.

I just waited 43 minutes in the cafe line with only 2 people working behind it, one which should have a different position in the store because his attitude is terrible and he's extremely slow. This is completely unacceptable and will now make me shop at a different location.

I met the nicest employee there! His name is Tony. Not only did he load the cat litter in my cart, he waited till I checked out and loaded it in my car? Such a sweetheart. Thank you!

At 2:58pm today I was waiting on the line to fill my new car with gas. The car is not even 2 months old. One of Sam’s guys was pushing the carts and he was aligned a big number of carts together and he hit my car with them Brice he could not control handling all of these carts together
He said sorry and quietly walked away not offering to check on the car or calling a manger
Now the car four dents and paint scratches and I don’t know how much it is going to cost to fix it

The worst customer service always has an attitude out of all the employees there is maybe 5-7 that are friendly and helpful all others has a bad attitude and always mad is like they are doing something out of their job especially customers service and tobacco cage (not all of them ) because they never have name tags on there we go while im writing this someone else is complaining BAD BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Worst location ever due to Coach Aaron (manager) and cashiers in the Service Center (Ena & Morgan).
I purchased a couple of gift cards for the holiday that I was headed to deliver immediately after leaving Sam’s, which is why I just didn’t leave and go elsewhere due to pricing errors and poor customer service. One of them was mis-priced meaning the label said $47 but it rung up for $48. According to Michigan’s scanning law, I was supposed to get the difference ($1) plus 10X the difference but not exceeding $5. It took Coach Aaron nearly an hour to process the $6. He had me refund the first transaction then he re-charged me but marked one of the gift cards $6 off which is not how you are supposed to process said pricing errors when the price displayed is incorrect from the amount charged. He assumed that I had extra money in my account to re-charge the items at a discounted price because he knows the original refund takes 3-5 days. Simply put, he was simply supposed to give me the $6 rather than re-ringing the items. Did I mention it took almost an hour for all of this? Never going back! Fire Coach Aaron, Ena, and Morgan please. They are all incompetent workers in the Service Center.
Edit: I forgot to mention how rude Coach Aaron was to me. He acted like it was my fault that Sam’s Club workers had gift cards displayed at $47 but charged customers $48. I showed him the pic that I took so no one would have to leave for a long time to verify said price but this is what End did. She never returned after “checking to see the price of the gift card.” Morgan was just overall rude & dismissive. Worst location ever!

BE CAREFUL . They are selling items online they don’t have and taking your money still. Then hanging up on you when you call trying to figure out where is my money or my product . They contract out all their customer support they do not care . Sam’s club is turning into Walmart
