If I could give zero stars I would. The tubs are super dingy and filthy. I saw a crack pipe on the steps while heading to my room. Very sketchy looking all around. People hanging outside all times of the day and night. Poor service. Bed had cigarette burn holes. Rust all around the toilet. Scared to take off my shoes hoping I don't catch anything. Seems coming here you would pay to catch a disease or something. Are the people that run this place serious? I wouldn't rent these rooms to a pig. Very unsanitary.I will never come back and do not recommend this red roof location.

While this motel is in a great location right off the 75 freeway it still leaves much to be desired. The front desk attendant Dre is very rude a shady will tell you one price and then tell you something else. Room rates fluctuate so drastically. You have to carry your own dirty covers and sheets to the laundry yourself they don't come to service rooms you have to buy your own tissue the wifi barley works and I stayed from June23rd to July 26th and none of my points were recorded. This place is. Dysfunctional fir the amount they charge

Checked in for a weekend stay and was told to go to room 240 for that stay. Well, room 240 had a disconnected door panel that was being worked on that wasn’t known by management. Okay fine, transfer rooms, no big deal. Go to the next room over and am hit with the stench of ROT the minute the door is opened. Why does it reek? Oh just a DEAD BIRD STUFFED UNDER THE NIGHTSTAND. Why housekeeping didn’t find it is beyond me. This place is sketchy as hell, disgusting, and needs to be looked into.

The guests are thieves, DO NOT ORDER FOOD THEY WILL WATCH AND STEAL YOUR ORDERS. VERY GHETTO HOTEL would NOT RECOMMEND ALWAYS CHAOS OCCURRING HERE.

I wish I could give this place negative stars. If you need a place to stay and this pop up in your search RUN! This place was disgusting. The bed sheets pillows, the beds themselves were disgusting. I was scared to even inhale in the bathroom. I thought I was going to catch something just walking into the. Bathroom. There were cigarette burn marks EVERYWHERE. On the sheets, in the shower, on the curtains, and on the AC. There was blood on the bathroom door.
The list goes on. It was horrible I paid to stay there they should have paid me. They still should refund me.

Refrigerator doesn't get cold, air conditioner leaks, better places around here and bigger. Staff don't speak English. Very hard to get information, all you get is mumble jumble.

I've been staying with them since Nov 29th of 2022. I have no complaints about my room. I also lay down bay leaves behind rhe furniture which combats against water bugs which is most likely with the rooms having fridges. Also a tip... you can get the glass salt and pepper jars from the dollar store. Fill it with ground cloves and then a clear vodka. Stuff cotton balls in the top. Let it marinate for 24 hours. Twice a day tip the jar and wet the cotton. Roaches hate the smell. And then the lavender misted on the walls every day deters spiders. It's a pet hotel so I like that I've kept my room so I'm aware of just how clean and pest free it is on my end.
I don't have complaints it's a hotel. ppl will be loud and having fun. It's a no smoke hotel so seeing everyday ppl sit in their cars isn't a worry because I know how ppl discriminate.
I appreciate the grace and hospitality bestowed upon me from this Hotel.

They just renovated the entire building; I've stayed at a lot of different hotels through out my life and this place has done an amazing job with not only the renovation but keeping up w it as well! It's very clean & also the staff is very kind + very welcoming. I can have my cat here as well, free of charge, which is very cool & convenient!
Chris who works at the front desk is amazing! He has a very welcoming + great personality! He helped me book my entire stay & also made sure I get my RediPoints! Chris you are awesome! Kristen is/was also super helpful! Matt the GM is so funny & has an amazing personality! Glad I'm at a place with a good staff all around! ❤️

I thoroughly enjoy staying at the Red roof inn in Madison heights on Concord the customer service representatives are always friendly helpful especially Danny. He's friendly, goofy and always makes me laugh. If you ever need anything he is always happy to help. Everytime I say at a hotel it's this red roof
