Stupid Drive-through ATM is one of the worst machines I have ever had in my life. I withdrew a hundred. It’s it didn’t dispense the money which is a hundred dollar Receipt I receive, but no money. I will not use this location ever again. Is it awful pain I receive.

Visited yesterday (4.13.24) to deposit some cash in the drive-up atm. After leaving, I realized I’d forgotten to pull my card from the machine.
I frantically drove back up to the bank and explained my situation to the woman at the counter (the one in front of the teller’s counter). Basically, I needed a new card printed, as I found out someone had turned the one I left in to the bank and the card had been closed. She told me to have a seat and wait.
I waited forever before going back up to the woman. I asked if I needed to make an appointment as it felt like I was being ignored. She then took my ID and apologized for the hold up.
I sit back down again. Then she has me come back up, and despite having my ID (meaning she could verify that I do indeed have accounts at PNC) she asks if I have another debit or credit card so she can verify my name. I have lost cards before and have had card numbers compromised. When I have gone to PNC to get another card printed, I have NEVER been asked to provide a second form of ID. You can verify who I am and that I have an account WITH MY ID.
She then starts asking me what I do for a living and where I work. I answer, but I was confused as to what that information had to do with printing me a new card. I wasn’t applying for a loan. Why do you need to know what I do and where I work?
After all of this, I finally chose the PIN number and got my card. So everything was done. As I’m trying to walk out the door, this employee is basically following me giving me a bunch of extra verbiage that I don’t need.
I’m saying “Thank you. I appreciate you” and trying to leave as our business has concluded. It’s like she didn’t know when to stop talking, and in fact held up the line when I first entered as she was carrying on a conversation with a young man that had absolutely nothing to do with banking.
My experience here yesterday left me feeling profiled. I’m wondering if everyone gets asked for two forms of ID (for a card printing) and what they do for a living, or only people who look like me.
I will be going back to this bank to speak with a manager. Not sure if they’ll care, but experiences like this close accounts and lose you business.

I didn't enjoy my experience here at all nor did I feel welcome. I recently opened an account with them, and I went inside to get a money order. I was told they don't have money orders and that she could only give me a cashier's check. I said okay that's fine. Then she called over another teller or supervisor and I was asked to give her my debit card and my driver's license because apparently since I opened my account online there was no electronic signature on file for me. So, I sat down in the lobby Supervisor was at her desk directly across from me. There were maybe 3 people waiting in line. The Supervisor out of nowhere say's Brittany where did the deposit on such and such date come from. I with a confused look thought she was talking about my tax check or my deposit from my job. She says No the one for this amount, and once she said the amount I said that was my income tax check... Long story short I left this bank feeling profiled. I work an honest job I'm not a scammer and when I called to put in a complaint, I was told they deal with scams on the daily at this property and maybe they needed to verify my deposits because people come in there with fake I.D's which I didn't. The whole situation was handled poorly and I will never step foot in this establishment again. I ended up leaving this location and driving to Walmart for a money order. I also plan on closing my account and taking my business elsewhere. They also told me in order to withdraw my money and close my account I will have to call the branch and give them a heads up because no branch is going to be able to give that amount and this is under 10 K wow.

Worst bank ever

Inside experiences have been good, but ATM is frequently out of cash. At least one out of three times, and not on a Friday night or weekend even. Add to that the same problem with the other nearest PNC in Hazel Park on Chrysler Service Drive.

Fast and convenient, but a two way entrance would be great. Drive thru ATM is around the corner.

Horrendous customer service. I called to verify information that should be easily viewable (tax forms) but "we can't do that, we don't have enough people here. Come into the branch and we will look into it for you." So, you want me to come in despite you seeing the exact same info on the phone than if I'm in the branch? And when called out, you confirmed it and refused to assist. Guess it's time to cash out all of my accounts and switch to another bank. Fun fact: other banks are willing to give sign on bonuses for transferring to them. If you absolutely refuse to assist your customers and provide solutions, then you don't deserve my money. Thanks for making it extremely clear.

Pretty annoying they close all the nearby branches, and still have such restrictive hours at this location.

The experience I have had at this bank has been consistently poor. The is bank is NOT customer service friendly. They are slow with service after waiting over 10 minutes in the lobby to speak with someone about a safety deposit box. I tried to close the box and turn in the keys a week ago but was missing 1 key and they said they will charge for missing keys. They never mentioned needing an appointment but when I returned a week later, they acted like I should have known I needed an appointment to turn the keys in because they said it was a "BIG" process and that "no one was available and that they were too busy to run around an open the safe right now and to come back in 3 hours." This was at 11 am on a Thursday. They acted like it was a huge deal to shut down a safety deposit box. They have a representation in the lobby that was also discussing banking information with customers that was personal and was not considerate of other patrons having to listen to that customer's banking dilemmas.I would not recommend this bank to anyone.
