I recently visited this oreilys auto parts and found it to be appalling the lack of customer service one of the workers a manager perhaps Rob was physically yelling at a customer for doing a return giving him smug looks and being condescending to him making a statements like why are you returning customer doesn’t want yeah right he said maybe you should verify first he says then as he’s returning the items he’s being very aggressive towards the parts maybe better training a new line of work for this guy he shouldn’t ever be dealing with customers. Also there was another older gentleman working very rude

Bought a Car battery in November 6 months later battery does not start car. Took the battery into the store They tested it and told me it had 25% of its life left . But the policy is they will not replace or warranty the battery until it is completely dead. So I am told to put a battery that is 6 months old with only 25% of life left into my car and hope for the best. How is 75% of the battery life gone in 6 months. I will never shop here again and will make sure to tell everyone I know about how bad the parts and service is at this establishment.

I stood there for a half an hour watching a woman answer calls. Then I realized how stupid this, ill leave and order what I need on Amazon for half the price and be done with this errand right now.

The worst store in the world. I walked in with a box of warranty breaks under my business name purchased earlier that from the hazel park location (A1 service there) Ally who is a manger declined me service told me to take them back where I got them from bc they don’t take commercial warranty parts ( LIE) I walked out and called the Hazel Park location they told me it was untrue. So I called her back as I was literally sitting outside the store. She got hostile as I asked her why she refused me service she started to question me about why I purchased the breaks from Hazel Park and stated very aggressively that I should take them back there bc they have 4 workers and she’s alone. She wouldn’t even let me speak hung up on me. So I walked in and stated it was rude for her to hang up and decline me customer service she said I was yelling (LIE) I told her the other employee was right next to my car helping a customer she said who looked out the window and shouted “HE’S A F’’’kin DRIVER” she once again declined me customer service and said she was not going to return them she was the only one in the store. “NO ONE WAS IN THE STORE” she was screaming and very hostile. Do NOT go to this location lazy workers who don’t want to do their job when they are paid to do so. I called customer service and the district manager but I don’t think anything will get done…They loss a business account

I just left on mar 2nd 12:05 pm.
I asked for two (2) tickets for the autorama show that O'Reillys sell.
I paid $50 cash and the man handed me one(1) piece of paper that listed the purchase but only had one bar code.
Although my friend and i planned on traveling together things can come up so i asked the cashier if they could print two tickets just in case we could not go at the same time.
The cashier said we dont offer refunds.
I said im not asking for a refund im asking for two tickets which is what i purchased.
He was unwilling or unable to do so.
In closing he should ask if you want all tickets on one bar code or seperate.
And if you need them seperate make sure you tell him in advance or your gonna be stuck.

Very nice laddie’s I may stop in once in a while too get Lucas fuel cleaner or some windshield solution but all in all they are very helpful, kind, and patient with their customers thanx O’Reilly’s keep up the good work!!!!!!!!!

I'm giving one star instead of zero stars because the younger clerk did replace the batteries to my key fob for me, other than that... the older white Grey haired man was clearly a racist. I walked in and walked up to the register. Just as another customer did. The younger clerk helped the other customer search for an item down the isle way. The old white man with the grey hair, just stood there looking around at the ceiling as to avoid eye contact with me. After about 40-45 seconds of this, i asked can they replace my key fob. Again refusing to look at me, saying i can't but maybe the other clerk can. Which he did. Not going there again!
