I came in needing some small flyers created for my business this past week. I had no idea what I was doing and Desiree was not only VERY helpful but extremely kind and upbeat! She worked out a solution efficiently, walked me through the ordering process step by step, and completed my order the same day! Thank you for making the process so easy!! Office Max is lucky to have such an incredible employee!

They had what I needed but couldn't find it. A salesperson was more than willing to help me find it and even read the specifications for me - I forgot my reading glasses! He was so gracious and kind! The price was competitive as well!

Stopped by here to pick up business cards for a conference the next day for my husband and me. I tried looking for the card holder myself, wasn't apparent. Asked for help by the print area, don't do that. They sent me to the wrong aisle. Luckily I found it an aisle off. Service was slow and sparse either to her help or to cash out. There was only 2 left and one looked quite handled, often. Place is rather shabby too.

Run down and shabby. Slow service. Three checkout lanes but only one staffed. Relatively friendly staff, otherwise I'd give one star.

Horrible service! Just print a photo will be at least one hour ! Marlan was unprofessional unwilling employee! I was the first customer there and it took me about an hour to print 3 photo. Unbelievable.

Rates around 20 minutes to buy an office chair. I was told someone would help me, but no ever came around so i left.

This OfficeMax is hidden back in strip mall and may stores have come and gone but this place has hung on. I only ever see one other customer when I go in there so I am unsure how they generate enough sales to keep this location going. This is a bonus though : ) it means you never have to wait in line and also they are always well stocked on any items that I am looking for. They are next to a buffet place that is very busy so those customers usually take the closest parking spots. Employees are helpful if you need help finding something. Clean store. Oh, and if you sign up for a free Office Max membership you get 20% off your purchased ! Thumbs up !!!!!!

Christine in the Print department is absolutely amazing she was very patient very friendly and help me with an extensive amount of print needs I would definitely give this employee a five star rating and I would encourage Trump lawyers to give her a raise excellent service

The elderly man (Walt) that works in print has no business being there. Besides his rude demeanor to every customer in line including myself, he is pushy, not helpful and all around jackass who couldn't complete my simple printing tasks that other employees have done with ease. I can only imagine how many complaints he gets a month. Fire this man immediately so I can update your rating back to a 5.

I came in after work to look for a desk calendar for work. I walked into the isle, and sadly saw July 2019 calendars. I assumed they removed the other ones. Two gentlemen saw me walk out the isle and asked if I needed help at the same time. I was impressed with their quickness to offer assistance. The gentlemen with a red shirt assisted me. He informed me that unfortunately they recently pulled the other ones and now only have the July 2019-2020. I appreciated his honesty and helpfulness. He asked if I needed anything else. The store was organized and clean. I was surprised at how clean the floors were. It is really easy to find items as well. As soon as I walked in, I was able to spot the sign for calendars. I love when stores make it easy to locate things. The signs were big, so they were easily readable. I might stop in again to look at some office supplies for work. Unfortunately, I did not have time to when I came in.

Great experience here! Went in to pick up an order for a filing cabinet we ordered and some other items. They had our order ready to go, properly packaged and the other items we were looking for, available and ready to purchase. The check out time was pretty quick and they helped us sign up for their Rewards Program, which we didn't know about.

After a confusing and disappointing trip to the Greenfield location in Southfield, I went to the location in Madison Heights. Hoping for a better experience I walked into the store and was immediately greeted by Tim! Tim asked what I was looking for I told him ink he not only showed me where the ink was and where the particular ink my printer, but he also showed me that they did carry it in a store-brand much cheaper. Further he explained if I took on the purse subscription I would get another 20% off of that price and then offer to sign me up. This saved me an immense amount of money, time and effort and Tim is my new best friend at the Office Depot in Madison Heights

Jacob Kunnath provided the best customer service a last minute, special event coordinator could ever receive. I came in frantic and overwhelmed and he worked magic. He is amazing and I am thankful for him.
