UPDATE: Officially leaving after a thoroughly traumatic (I don't use that word lightly) visit. The NP didn't even do the procedure correctly and asked me to come in again in 6 months because of it. No, thank you. I'd recommend to anyone searching for care not to go to this office.---I've been coming here for 5+ years and every time I think, "I need a new doctor's office."APPTS: Hard to get appointments, and mine always start 40-60 minutes after the scheduled time. One time I waited over an hour. They make you schedule each thing you need separately so they can bill separately for it.RX: Every time I need my prescription refilled it is a huge run around between them and the pharmacy, resulting in me not having my meds (supposed to be taken daily) for several days.STAFF: I've heard front desk staff loudly talking about other people's personal information while in the waiting area. I've experienced this myself in person, which also makes me hate calling because I know others in the waiting room can likely hear it. They are also just generally kind of unpleasant. They close at 6pm and the automated message tells you they stop answering the phone at 5:30pm, but I've called at 5pm at the automated message is already turned on.

I’ve reviewed this place before and was 5 stars. Now I change my 5 stars to 1. I’ve been going to this doctors office for YEARS. Over time when Dr. Rhemer left I started seeing Dr. Hetzner. She is rlly nice and I trust her. My problem is the people at the desk. For the past 3 YEARS every time I call I get some sort of attitude from the receptionists or I get hung up on before I can even speak to anyone there. I have called 4 times just now and they letting it ring then hanging up. This is just ridiculous. All I wanted to do is make an appointment with Rachel. These front desk employees need to be FIRED. They truly do not deserve a job here. They always have attitude, never answer the phones, and have never been kind to me for 3 YEARS. Please hire new staff ??

I have never left any type of review for any business, nor have I ever felt so inclined. The front desk in this practice are inept, lazy and rude, at best.Dr Wetzel is apparently on medical leave and this office is handling her patients very unprofessionally, if not unethically. I'm hoping she sees this review so that she knows how they are affecting her patients in her abcense.

I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. They have cameras in patients areas that are not ran on the same system as the office cameras. Staff has access to the cameras on their cell phones so they can watch from home. WITH AUDIO AS WELL! This should be reported and investigated.

You might want to stay away from this practice if you have meds you need to take like blood pressure and heart meds. I Went for my physical March 3 asked them to send over refills was told I have enough until the 15th. I explained to her the problem with my refills not getting done on time in the past and having to go without my meds but she didn't seem moved by that. I called numerous times after that date and my meds were finally called in or sent over on the 10th with instructions to fill on the 15th causing me to go a day without my blood pressure meds. I thought it was a game to get needless visits but they played games after they got visits so I don't know what the deal is but it's really sad when the pharmacist keeps telling you that you are not supposed to just stop Toprol, Lisinopril or Amlodipine but your doctor's office seems to do it on purpose.

So my initial review was not great. I began seeing Michelle over the other provider I was seeing. Went from 1 star to 5 stars. Listens, is receptive, explains things when needed. My wife even sees her now. Only complaint I have is I've had to stop their phlebotomist multiple times for not using aseptic technique when doing labs. Besides for that, no complaints!

Horrible doctor that does not refill medications on time ever--even if they are not to be stopped abruptly that can result in seizures or death. Front staff are rude and demeaning. Holly in particular is one the the worst. Wait times are 2-5 hours roughly and you will leave feeling worse than when you got there. They will be very mean to you and if you need any medications that are controlled substances, be ready to be criminalized and treated like scum. This place is dirty and gross and needs to be shut down. They are cruel and have massive medical malpractice happening.

The doctor’s office was rude and dirty. When asked for a preventative care annual visit they coded differently and charged hundreds of dollars. Do not visit this place unless you want them to scam you

I really like this clinic and the people that work there. I moved a bit further away but kept this as my primary care clinic because I feel like the doctors actually listen to what's going on with you.

They have signs everywhere saying walk in urgent care 7 days a week. But when you go in they tell you they "haven't done walk ins since pre pandemic". The girls up front were nice but they really need to update their signs.

The worst place to go hands down. I had a work place injury last year and they are still trying to bill me when everything was supposed to be going to workmans comp. On top of that the doctor (hetzner) wouldn't fill out the initial injury report so I could get short term disability until the x ray and mri could be performed. It is impossible to get an appointment they are open till 6 but most if not all of thier doctors stop see patients at 4. They dont accept walk in as a urgent care facility and they try to up charge you for things u didn't ask for or need . Please dont waste your time and do not let them steal your money GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Safety precautions are practiced.Staff is efficient and caring. My pcp, Dr. Salvia is very knowledgeable and experienced!!! He actually cares about my well-being.....not common these days, truly dedicated and much appreciated!!!

Dr. Erwin Feldman is the best physician my family and I have ever had in our lives. He has always treated my whole family for over 45 years with exceptional treatment and care because, he takes time to listen to your issues and help you. His many years of expertise just got better over all these years. My grandma was under his care until 104 years old. Only gave 4 stars because the prescriptions need to be called in on time for patients. Thank you For. Feldman

I was not able to get an appointment with a doctor. NP was pushed on me for my initial appointment for a serious illness. The receptionist was cold and harsh... when I called back. She didn't greet me but asked immediately for my birthdate and my name. She was so unfriendly . I know from experience that if you get that kind of treatment from staff that likely the office is dirty and most practices are substandard.I needless to say have "fired" this clinic.

Been coming here for a few years… it’s not at all as good as it was a year or two ago. It’s unorganized… A couple of the workers are very rude, unhelpful and unprofessional in every aspect! Only reason I didn’t give 1 star is because of what it used to be and few of the workers are kind and professional.It’s hit or miss who your dealing with.Good luck
