The only reason they get a star is because we finally got our issue resolved. Don't rely on these guys communicating with you. Their customer service is terrible.We bought a fridge that was new out of the box. In October, during the delivery and install there was a large dent in one of the doors that was noticed when it got unboxed. It was reported and we were told by Chris that the issue would be resolved. Samsung came out and said that this was not their problem and that Noble waited too long to get in contact with them. After talking with Noble again they said they would clear the issue up. It was at this point that Chris began to ignore emails. When we would call, whoever answered would just beat around the bush and we were never given any concrete information/actual updates. When we would call back the next time, the thing that the last person said they would do to move things along was never actually done. There were multiple times when employees would blame other employees for not doing their job right, and even then, nothing would still be done after speaking with them. We were always told that someone would call us back and this only happened once, most recently, after 3 months of having to call them over and over. We finally have received our replacement door but buying from these guys was not worth the frustration of dealing with their awful customer service. To be honest, I had zero faith in them following through and I don't believe this issue would have been resolved without us continuing to call and push them to figure this out.

I had a wonderful experience with Noble. Chris was incredibly helpful at picking out the best washer for my needs. I had very specific dimensions that the washer had to fit, and I was impressed by the selection. I ended up choosing a Speed Queen based on Chris’ recommendations. I was told they were a little busy with deliveries so I wouldn’t get an install until end of January, but they were able to get it to me almost 2 weeks early. I paid for install and haul away of my old washer, which I thought was a great deal compared to what I would have paid through a big box store. The guys who delivered were very friendly and got the install done quickly. Special thanks to the person who coordinated the delivery for me for providing updates when I called. I highly recommend going to Noble! They really care about their customers.

I should have done my due diligence - read the reviews and done some price comparisons. At the end of the day I ended up with a high end appliance at the exact same price I could have paid at any of the Big Box stores and if I would have purchased at Best Buy I would have had delivery and installation included for the same price. We also purchased a piece of exercise equipment (yes, they sell exercise equipment too) as we were checking out. When I looked up the exercise equipment online I found their discounted price to be nearly $150 more than all of the online prices. I would be hesitant to recommend a friend or relative visit this establishment unless they are prepared to shop around. I really wanted to find a local business that I could recommend in good conscious - this is not it... don't let your guard down, I feel they extracted as much as they could out of my check book and made me feel like I was getting a great deal - lesson learned (again), do your own research before going to the store.

I had purchased a range hood from these guys which arrived damaged. Even though there was a "no refund" policy, I reached out to Tome, the store manager, and he personally called me and authorized a full refund. Great people, great company, I would recommend doing business with Noble Appliance.

What started out as a good experience with Noble ended quite badly. We purchased Fulgor Milano range and fridge from them. They talked us into an open box model from another store for the range. Once it arrived we noticed a gas leak smell. Once the repair team arrived they noted it was a used model with a corroded gas connector. This was disappointing as we were sold a “new in box” model.After talking to noble they offered us up a slightly lower end Fulgor in a floor model, and said they would take 699 dollars off for our trouble. I was very pleased as that is some solid customer service. However, it all went bad when my husband went to pick up our 600 dollar refund check and was given a 90 dollar check.Looking into the invoice noble charged MORE for the lesser model stove (I had a picture of the price from in store and also couldn’t find it listed anywhere online for a price that high). They did this simply so they wouldn’t look like they were losing as much money in the sale. What went from solving a customer concern and my husband and I planning to be continued customers has ended in us never planning to purchase from them again. I have never had a worst taste in my mouth from a customer service interaction.The worst part is when I called to discuss the issue, I was told the management was on vacation and they would get back to me…which they never did. I still haven’t cashed the check, this isn’t about money. It’s about treating your customers right. Which they very much failed at doing.

I would give a zero stars if I could! Upon our visit to Nobel Appliance, we ordered a GE refrigerator, and Vinney told us 7 to 10 days for delivery! Never did we get a phone call we had to recall just to find out it did not show up! But should be the following week! Again nobody called! After 3wks. Now they tell us not till February! I ask for a refund, Well they cannot do thatVinney would have to do that, and the manager! All they wanted to do was the bate and switch to a scratch and dent. And we were without a fridge for 2 months!
