If you’re thinking Nikfisk will honor their equipment warranties think again. I bought 2 450.00 dollar floor buffers and they both stopped working less than a year into the 5 year warranty. I emailed pictures of every serial number on the machines and they said no that’s not our number. Then per their instructions I emailed them the purchase invoices but when I called again for the 10th time they say no we will not start a warranty claim without the serial number. Nothing but put offs and giving me the runaround I’m advising my company to remove them from our vendor list
