Been a customer at this particular location for years. Never had any issue. The staff are fantastic. They're all personable, sincere and quite knowledgeable, even if you're there with questions (not purchasing anything). Andrew at this business is sensational! I walked in and had multiple problems with my phone. While I was there a very nasty lady accosted both him and myself. Andrew handled it with such professionalism and went out of his way to help me. This man is a 5 star employee!

I walked in very near closing to have a new phone activated. Andrew and Omar were very laid back and inviting even though they potentially could have had to stay late for my transaction. Andrew was super knowledgeable and the whole process was very quick. This is my new Metro by T-Mobile!
