We had a great experience at the store today with Mario. Mario ensured that our needs were met and we received the best deal. We arrived to purchase my mother her very first smart phone and Mario went above and beyond to give her a crash course on how to operate it. I highly recommend this store and I will visit again! I've been coming to this Metro PCS for a few years and I've been satisfied with all the phones I bought from Mario he's definitely a decent and honest guy he definitely won't screw you over like some other carriers, I mentioned to Mario I'm definitely thinking about upgrading my phone to an iPhone so he should me what one is good for me so I'll be definitely thinking on it and might get me an iPhone in January

Horrible customer service. Now as soon as he walked in he did come from the back but I almost got back in the car because I didn’t see anybody in the store and it looked like they were closed. He gave me no help with the ACP program but asked me if I wanted to upgrade my phone. Make it make sense, you want me to buy a new phone but the phone bill not paid. He could help me if I’m giving him my money but he can’t help me with the ACP program. He said we only assist with the ACP program when you first get your phone, yeah, because It involves me giving you money!!! I will never return to this location and I’m working on transferring my number to a different phone service provider. I could’ve gotten this service in Detroit by my house but instead I drove to the suburbs to receive better service and clearly didn’t get better service. I’ve been having problems with my internet and reception ever since I moved to Detroit.
