How disappointing. I recently twitched from metro to t mobile. I ran into a problem converting my iPhone 11 to an iPhone 15. He told me to call customer service. It’s not as if he was busy, he just didn’t want to help. I called customer service right from the parking lot. I believe his name is Mike. Sorry, Mike. O got talked into a phone I wasn't sure of....now I have fees you shut my phone off for $4.60 for what. My bill is $50.00. explain these fees cause next month is $56.00 NO WHY

I would leave zero stars if I could. I Went inside the store to transfer my daughter’s number over to a new unlocked phone and the guy that was in there tried to tell me it would cost me $60 to do so. I told him I’ve been in here multiple times before, and was only charged $25 which is the cost to switch a number over. I went to walk out with my daughter and he told me to hold on he was gonna make a phone call. He came back out to the front and still tried to tell me $40 now. Me and my daughter walked out and went to the metro store in troy where the customer service was excellent. I was only charged $25 which is what the price was supposed to be. I will never ever come back her again. He is a scammer. He tried to scam me thinking I was dumb. But he lost a customer And I am reporting them to the BBB. Shame on you.

I went Here on Saturday after my home internet service was changed from unlimited to 100gbs. This was changed upon restarting service without my knowledge. In which metro refunded me and canceled that service so that I could get a new box. Which is what I was instructed to do. However when I went on Saturday I was trying to price everything. So that I could come back Monday. I was told it would be $55 out the door because my bill was already paid from the refunded amount. So when I came in on Monday. There was a different price. He began to quote me $120 saying he didn't see my refund from metro. When I told him what I was quoted and expected to spend. He pushed my ID back at me and said it's nothing I can do for you. They told you wrong. All this was done with an attitude. No apology or anything. I also wanted to get my phone switched to an old phone I have because it was better quality. Which I knew Could be done but he lied and told me it couldn't. Questioning if it was paid off or not. Needless to say it's been switched and I'm typing this review on it. I also got Home Internet from another location on dequindre. That was $ 55 for service and $25 for activation. My suggestion is that you take your business elsewhere. It seems like there is price gouging and scamming going on here..
