Metro Wireless did a great job replacing my old POTS lines with their “POTS in a Box” replacement. I used them for my elevator lines, security alarm lines, and other call boxes throughout my campus. Their support team is great as well. Would recommend them to colleagues in need of a POTS replacement solution.

I had a problem getting my internet for a week...almost every day I was on the phone working with Alex Vargas. He was very very nice and tried everything he knew how to do and finally after a week I have my internet back.

Michelle has been very polite in helping with my invoices. Metro Wireless should include customer service phones numbers on their invoices, which they do not. Michelle is helping to get the invoices updated so they're more efficient for the customers.

Rod K. And Jeff came out to diagnose a problem we were having seeing our wireless cameras on our MetroLTE wireless system. They are an amazing troubleshooting team and found our problem and came up with the solution! Our shop dog Charley was extra grateful that Jeff gave her some sweet talk and belly rubs. Thanks guys!
