Went in to place an order for materials to put in a paver patio. Was directed to the service desk who would help us figure out how much materials we need based on the dims of our patio. Cashier Gayle was extremely unhelpful and said we needed to know exactly how much we need of each item and all the item numbers of the products we needed and told us to go online and do it. She seemed irritated and miserable and offered no help. We walked out to the outdoor area where we spoke with Ryan who was a tremendous help! We knew what stones we wanted we just didn’t know how many we needed and how many bags of gravel and sand. He worked with the dimensions of our patio and figured it all out. We were out the door with scheduled delivery in about 15 minutes. If we hadn’t ran into Ryan, Lowe’s would have missed out on our order as we were going to go across to Home Depot.
Gayle should not be at the service desk if she doesn’t want to help customers.
Only giving 5 stars for Ryan! Guy deserves a raise! Thank you Ryan!!

Their prices for some reason are lower than home depot . I got a great deal and the staff was definitely better there, very helpful. A+

I came in for a lawnmower and a young man by the name of Antonio or anthony was so funny and helped me get a lawnmower. the cashiers at customer service were also great. overall good experience. they were out of stocks of a few things i needed but it’s ok.

Watch out when buying a nest thermostat from this place. I bought one today brought it home would not connect tried to charge. It would not take a charge. 4 hours later I Returned it For a refund went to Home Depot and bought one and it was wrapped in plastic. Unlike the one I bought at Lowe’s was not wrapped in plastic buyer beware. One star Lowe’s, the Home Depot one was connected in minutes and working shame on you Lowe’s you where my go to store next time I’ll have Second thoughts. A nice gift card will bring me back. Let’s say $100 for wasting four hours of my time with a junk thermostat.
