I was at Lowes on Saturday, Nov 11, 2023 at approximately 11:30 a.m. in Madison Heights, MI. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism of the vendor for Leaf Guard and the check-out director. And in general, the store had a great vibe!

In August 2020 ordered (& paid for) 2 storm doors and 2 entry doors. It is now 3-15-21 and I am still waiting for my front door and storm door! Unacceptable
