Bill and Nick are the best! They make a miserable day of auto repairs more than tolerable, and are just great all-around humans. I always feel confident that the job will get done right and I won’t get taken advantage of or slighted. Their customer service is impeccable and loaner cars make leaving your car so easy. They will not be the cheapest, but they WILL be the BEST OVERALL VALUE! I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Interstate is one of the expensive mechanics and it was ok for me because I was buying my peace of mind. Peace of mind for me means quality fixes/parts and no need for me to come again or else I would have gone to anyone of the affordable mechanics and saved hundreds of dollars.
I liked the mechanics at Interstate especially Nick, but didn’t like how the manager handled my case when a repair/part went wrong so I took my business elsewhere. It’s as simple as that.

I highly recommend utilizing the services of Interstate Auto Care! My vehicle has been serviced twice for separate issues and their Team’s knowledge, genuine kindness, trustworthiness and commitment to resolving your vehicle’s issues are top tier! Technicians even continue to follow up on your vehicle’s performance well after it has been serviced!! For your convenience, a loaner car is available for use if your vehicle requires overnight service. I will definitely continue to use their services if my vehicle ever needs to be serviced again.
