I would give 10 stars if I could! We have so many options in our area for collision, but go with GLC!!! Dave was prompt and really presented my options well for my repair. He was considerate of my pocket book and livelihood, which was so appreciated; I've never experienced that with automotive folks! He was honest, genuine and real. I feel like I'm typically taken advantage of, but not at Great Lakes Collision! Great people, great local business; they do great work! You won't be disappointed going here.

We had quite a few “bumps” to fix on our daughter’s car and we were referred to Great Lakes by a family member. . Great job on the repairs, reasonable pricing. They were great about offering repair options to keep the price down. They will get all our repair business going forward.

As a 22 yr old female I feel like mechanic shops play me off as d*** and I always end up feeling ripped off. However that's definitely not the case here. Everyone here is extremely nice, and I'm definitely only going here from now on!
