I wanted a special arrangement and was told they would have to check on the availability of the Calla Lillies. I was fine with that. I got a call from Shannon the day I ordered she said she would check on them. I NEVER got a call back. I have called back twice with no return call from Shannon. It is now December 19th and NO answers, which BTW the flowers were suppose to be delivered on the 18th. I cancelled my order I will go elsewhere.

I'm working out of town and wanted to get something for my wife for valentines day.I Googled the closest flower shop which was ndf2 only two blocks away and spent a lot of money. My wife was so upset I had to tell I ordered flowers and extras that didn't come and she still don't have flowers a day later. I been trying to call but no answer I emailed them and no answer. I don't know what to do I was hoping show up a day later but nope I just got screwed. The first valentine's day I didn't give my wife flowers calling Bank to report tomorrow. So[oooo sad

BUYERS BEWAREPaid $100 for flowers that never showed up. Placed order 24 hours in advanced too. Owner response "what do you want me to do".This was a great flower store when it was Geralds.

I was so absolutely disappointed. I went into the shop and picked out a beautiful floral standing display for my brothers funeral and when I got to the funeral home I was completely embarrassed. I spent almost $300 for the arrangement and it looked like I spent about $50. There were barely any flowers mostly greenery. Would NOT recommend. I would give a zero rating if that was possible.

For mother's day, I got the "chef's special", not really having any idea what I was buying, but they came a bit cheaper than the typical choices. My mom was ecstatic! I've been buying her flowers for years, but I've never heard her so happy. Kudos to Gerald's, they did good.

This shop makes the most beautiful bouquets. The owner is amazing she is kind and very helpful. I wish all flower shops we're like Gerald's florist

I am so pleased!! I called at literally 11 am for a same day delivery of a vase arrangement to be delivered to my moms work for her birthday and they were there within 3 hours with a gorgeous arrangement!!!! 10/10 would recommend.

Went looking for a boutonniere and a corsage for our upcoming wedding. Tracy help us with flower, color and size choices. She did a great job. Wonderful customer service. I will be going back for all my future floral needs. Go check this place out, you will be happy you did.

I am so disappointed! My Valentine's Day flowers lasted two days! Despite not having instructions from the florist, I know how to take care of them because of past experience. These were awful!!

My son had homecoming today and ordered corsage 1 week ago. It is set to pick up at 12:45pm. My son and his friend arrived 1pm at store. The lady told them it is not ready and she was busy. My son waited 20 minutes and she still told them she was busy. My son has homecoming pictures taken at 4 pm. At 2pm he still didn’t get the corsage and my husband and I decided to drive to the store to understand the issue. My husband had to explain again to the man in the store and it took the woman 5 minutes to make the corsage and gave to us, 5 MINUTES!!! I had been sitting in the parking lot and I hadn’t seen anyone walking in the store so they don’t have any other customer waiting. It is unacceptable for her to treat her customers this way. Will she treat her son, her grandson the same way she treated my son, a 17 years old high school kid who is expecting to have his last hog school homecoming? We have been trying to support local small business but she doesn’t have any respect to her business or her customers
