Not only did he move the chairs I was interested in trying out away from the wall and move the surrounding furniture so I could get the “full experience,” his overall efficiency during the checkout process saved me a fair amount of time from my planned amount. I’m also grateful for his not pushy but rather kind, helpful “when needed “ and knowledgeable approach to sales. It was an amazingly pleasant experience with Roderick as my salesperson. Kudos to him and your whole team. I had another pleasant and unexpected experience while visiting this location. A different salesperson, name unknown, offered to get me a bottle of water while on his way to get one for his client during checkout. I felt cared for by the whole team, not just my salesperson. My final out the door price with tax and all add-ons was less than one third the price of my second choice chair and there was a great add on warranty plan that made it too affordable to pass up. I love the feature of that if you don’t use the warranty within in the plan term time of four years, you get to apply the $99 charge paid at time of purchase to new furniture in the way of a store credit. And on top of all that, free delivery!”

The day of our delivery was perfect. The two men were kind and very helpful. Called ahead and arrived in a timely manner. Took away the old mattress and helped me set up the mattress skirt for a king size. Highly recommend this team. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. Definitely in good hands.”
