They went above and beyond on Mother's day when everyone else was closed or rude to me in the phone. Amanda cared enough to call me back repeatedly to ensure all the details were accurate. Jacki the owner delivered them personally in the late afternoon.. on Mother's day! “I would give more stars if I could! I’m on the east coast and wanted to send flowers to an uncle’s funeral in Birmingham that I couldn’t attend. I spoke first with Andrea, who made very helpful suggestions about the arrangement and what might be most appreciated in the circumstances I described. On the morning of, the funeral home apparently lost power and there was a question of moving or postponing the service. The florist knew before I did and called to assure me they were on it! (Thank you Bob). Ultimately they delivered—everything perfect—and family members told me the arrangement was beautiful. I’m grateful to Tiffany florist for helping me make this gesture from afar—totally seamless, with assistance from people who seem like they actually care. A very small business feeling, and I HIGHLY recommend them.”

It did not look exactly like the picture on line, but was as full or fuller with beautiful, colorful flowers! Sending flowers long distance by other companies has not always been satisfactory when seeing what was sent. However, Goodness Gracious did not disappoint! If the opportunity arises, I will definitely use them again. I would highly recommend based on my first experience of using their services.”

“I've been coming here for years and won't go anywhere else! The staff is great, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They always have great holiday decor and arrangements. Their prices on mums and pumpkins are great! Their cut flowers are beautiful and premade arrangements in the cooler make it super easy for me when I'm in a rush. My favorite thing there during Christmas is the small poinsettias. I usually make a couple of visits and grab a bunch of them and give them to friends and family. So much so they might just be expecting them each year now. Many of the arrangements I've seen ready for delivery have been gorgeous. Check them out!!!”
