Went for the 2 for $89 promotion that they tell you about every single time they answer the phone. I wandered around the showroom alone while 3 employees laughed and giggled on the other side of the store. Finally picked out a couple frames and took them over to pay for them. I sat down with a guy (David) who while "helping" me, was laughing and joking with his coworker the entire time. While I knew it was just a marketing ploy I was shocked to see my total was $610. Ok, fine. Paid for it and ordered 2 pair on Nov. 10. They said it would take 10 days so I waited 12 days, heard nothing, so I called and was told they were "ordered wrong" and there would be another waiting period. I asked to cancel and get a refund and they require me to physically go into the store to sign something. Wasting another hour of my time.Once they get your money they just don't care what happens after that, which unfortunately, is typical for most businesses these days.Eyeglass world is no different.UPDATE: I never heard from the manager in regard to his response below.UPDATE: I showed up to pick up my glasses and both pair were the wrong prescription. incompetence running wild at this point. Didn't even get an apology. I just hope they can stay in business until they are able to remake my glasses. At this point I have 0 expectations.

Dr gave me a verbal referral and a card on who to call they only take written referrals. Dr is to busy to even call patients and when I called very rude. They want me to miss work again to see "main" Dr for a referral

I was able to schedule an exam online for the same day. The doctor and the staff were kind and very helpful. I had so many questions because I didn't have insurance or much money. I wasn't able to get my glasses the same day because it was Saturday afternoon. I get to pick them up today (Monday) after work.

Amazing service! I been struggling to get a quick appointment in other places but at Eyeglass I was scheduled an appointment the next day and got two pairs of glasses two hours after my appointment!! Definitely recommend!!!!

The older gentlemen and David were soo kind adjusting my glasses :) David really took his time with the nose pads make to sure they were both comfortable yet stable since I had lost one lol

Was able to get my glasses fixed by their lab manager Mike. Checked out a large selection of frames and their options for lenses etc while waiting for the repair. Might return to get a new setup for glasses when that time comes.

Terrible Customer Services from Assistant Manager David at the Madison Heights, Michigan store. He lied to me, he asked me to return to the store and he would solve the problems but instead made it worse.Liar, Liar, Liar.Dr. Hubbard was great

The Good, Dr. Hubbard was great, and Mike was great (not sure about his position). But David Assistant General Manager has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I would have probably spent close to $700 here, but his attitude was so trashed I decided to keep my order basic only spent $65. He acted like he didn't want to work and kept trying to tell me it's not worth using my insurance because it's a process that he has to do. I have good insurance. Why would I not want to use it. David should find something else to do or take vacation because his attitude was not it. I will be taking my business somewhere else

I'm only giving a 3 star because of the phone call I made checking and confirming a fax that was supposed to be sent earlier in the year as requested but never was. I don't live in the area of this store but none the less I asked the person on the phone about having my information faxed to my doctor please do to insurance requestIn placeof him doing that he stayed on the phone for . Several minutes telling me to just come there to pick-up the information or he could send it to the store closer tome by fax and I can go there to pick-up the paperwork and then take it to my doctor. I asked then why can't you just fax it right to .y doctor office he said because we won't know if they got it or not so can come here or go to the other store and get it. After 5 minutes he said I'll just send it to your doctor but when I checked today he never did send it and when I call in the morning to eyeglasses world I will be asking for management a d if that's not good it will be a 1 star review

Outstanding service beginning to end! Like a great relay team, starting with the great service of Crystal the OD tech, Outstanding Maria the optician, Dr Hubbard with a very thorough and knowledgeable eye exam, and Dan 'the Man' who measure me for glasses! Very professional highly recommended! Thank you all very much! God bless! ALSO the store manager who held the glasses for me! Thank you!

I was 2 minutes late and they rescheduled my appointment saying that people are waiting but there was no one parking a lot after I left they were being racist

Went in today for an eye exam and new glasses. Very pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly. Will definitely be back in the future.

This was an absolutely great visit! I was greeted warmly at the door, checked in by Matt who was friendly & efficient. My exam with Dr. Hubbard was actually fun! My time ordering frames with Veronique was like visiting with a friend. Professional, efficient and effective experience! And great prices! So glad I am a customer! Highly recommend!!

My daughter and I was there on Fridayv2/24/23, the doctor was great,Marie (or Maria ) sorry not sure of her correct name and ESPECIALLY MATT had EXCELLENT customer service very nice and pleasant! There was an short lady with long blonde / brown hair ,glasses Caucasian woman she works as a receptionist in the exam area. She was extremely rude ! She was not giving correct information to my daughter who has a learning disability and I interrupt her to let her know I handle that part and she proceeded to get rude and say my daughter is an adult and I was talking to her and I told her she was rude to speak to me in that manner and yes my daughter is an adult with a disability I should not have to explain that to her and it was my insurance she was talking to my daughter about. She should have spoke to me like the doctor did with questionsI spoke to her afterwards and ahe apologized! she still needs a lotof training on customer service that's why I only gave 3 ? This was my first bad experience at this location normally its wonderful all the way around.***UPDATE *** 3/1/23I was very impressed at the quick resolution this company did! The district manager called me back today less than a week and apologized to me and my daughter. I greatly appreciate that and I gave them a 4 ? now for the quick response and genuinely caring about my daughter and my experience at thier store.
