I've brought my sewing machines here twice now, and the repair work and advice offered on caring for my machines has been great. They're almost an hour drive from my home, but definitely worth the trip.

Went into buy a refurbished or new machine and had a great experience! They are very informative, honest, and you can tell they have great passion for sewing machines. I had the pleasure of meeting with the son who explained good vs bad machines, the strength of vintages, brand differences, and showed me how to use some of the features of my machine. Will definitely be going back for repairs if I ever need them.

The prices are a bit higher then on line but worth the difference for the knowledge and honesty that is given to a customer

Awesome repair specialists! We had no idea what was going wrong with our Singer 111w153 and upon dropping it to them, we expected costly repairs. They noted several things that would have to be inspected and possibly repaired or replaced and the expectation of it being repaired for a small price was unimaginable. However, when called AFTER the repair, we were told the various things that had been worked on, replaced and refurbished - all for less than what was originally quoted.
The father, with over 60 years of experience, repaired it - but the son was an excellent interface between us and him. Not only did they meet our expectations, they far exceeded them.
Highly recommend we gave them 5 stars but would love to give 10.

I took a Brother sewing machine in for repair. In one week it was fixed perfectly and the salesman explained everything they did to repair it, plus taught me several ways to prevent it from reoccurring.

My vintage Kenmore stopped working properly and I took it to a different repair shop. They (kind of) fixed the problem but created a new one. Found Expert Sewing Machine Repair and they were able to fix my machine. Discovered the problems, cleaned, oiled and now it works like new. Very happy with their work. Dorian took time to explain what the problem was and gave me a little history of the Kenmore brand. A little pricey, but happy with the end result.

I brought my old trusty sewing machine in thinking it was a power cord issue only to find out it was my pressure foot. Replaced the foot only to have it stop working within 24hours. I took it back in to find out new pressure foot was a lemon and that my motor was also going bad. He found a used motor and used pressure foot to put into my machine. It runs great and I couldn’t be happier. I want to thank them for all the effort they put into getting my trusty old machine as good as new again.

Recently brought in a vintage White sewing machine and was happy with service and repairs. Although I am veteran seamstress, they did enlighten me on the care and maintenance of sewing machines. Will be bringing in some of my other vintage machines in for maintenance.

Dorian is absolutely the best! He’s kind, patient and an expert at what he does. He taught me a few things that I was doing wrong when he tuned up my machine and I’m so happy with how smooth it runs now.
