“I had a great time today due to the customer service I had. I was looking for a keyboard and was lucky enough to get that. However I wasn’t only looking for a keyboard. I wasn’t sure what motherboard I had purchased years ago but luckily the salesman Malak/Malek was kind enough to help me. He found all my pc’s specs and assisted me in my purchases. If it weren’t for him I would still be running a bad build. So thanks to him and the rest of the micro center team.”

“I went in to see if we could add another member to our family plan, we were meet with very helpful sales associates. Once our associate Jalen M. pulled up our account information he provided us with the promotions that for a new line which was we could get a phone with a large discount.
We did take a good deal of time reviewing the different phone options and playing with the devices. We were never rushed, and when it came time to swap my friend over he noticed another promotion for our plan which was BOGO for a line, meaning a secondary new line would be free of charge. I think Jalen did an excellent job and I just wanted to commend him on his excellent customer service. Thanks again!”

“I used to work for seven eleven on and off, I'll definitely say they treated me like family and wanted what was best for me, I messed up a few times but they always welcomed me back when they shouldn't have I really do appreciate this seven eleven and always will, I may not be working for the company and that's ok I just wish them the very best and everything else in the near future”
