Vince was awesome and made the entire process painless. We went through insurance so there was minimal paperwork on our end, they handled all of it. Our vehicle looks good as new and drives perfect - cannot even tell it was in an accident. Thank you again to Vince and his team! Highly recommended.

Got a few estimates but went with Dotten since our normal mechanic recommended it and it was a great experience. When I went to check out after getting the car fixed they actually said the estimate came in $100 less than expected because they got a good deal on a part. They could have easily pocketed that money but we're nice enough to pass the savings on.
When I was checking out they also gave me a card for my wallet that prevents card skimming and a really nice coaster for the cup holder too.
Great experience and great job, I'd highly recommend!

I visited this location because I thought one of the hinges of the driver's door was broken. Vince, who's such a nice guy, told me that someone hit the fender and all it needed was to reposition it. He did it in a matter of seconds. Plus, he painted the edges that were scrapping each other. Back to normal. He did all of that without charging me a penny. That was great customer service. I'm sure I was going to get ripped off in another place. Thank you! I really appreciate it 🙏

The friendliest and most cheerful guy I've ever heard answer a phone! In person, he was exactly the same. I've dealt with this shop twice now, and after many many price comparisons, they had the best price both times. The work was professionally done, with no surprise additions to their quote, and was completed exactly when they said it would be. I was totally happy and very satisfied. My hope, of course, is never to need their autobody work again, but gosh I'm glad they're there if I ever do!
